AS admin in companies with more than 50 users, we should be able to manage permissions to merge contacts since it implies "manipulating" the database by anyone who can edit contacts even if he is not aware of the impact merges could have.

We'd like to be able to limit the view/edit/use rights for Products to certain teams/users, just like with all data objects. Specific use case: client has 2 divisions. All data is split for the specific teams, but overarching sales managers need to see everything. Only Products database can't be split in teams.

Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. (More info here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/HubSpot-Insights-Database-enriches-wrong-address-information/m-p/419158#M125703) You already implemented an option to disable it completely. (https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Option-to-turn-off-HubSpot-Insights-on-company-records/idi-p/178713/page/2#comments) This is not ideal, as some information is correct and we want to benefit from it. Solution: Provide the option to enable and disable Insight on a field basis instead of as a whole.

Well, I would like to show my anger to the developers team, because they have made a change without giving an optimal solution to what was already there. When you enter an owner property, there used to be a search box, so that you could identify the user name according to the ID. I do not understand what was the reason, nor who was the genius who approved this change, but I can tell you that it was a mess. Please, I would like to ask you to implement again that search box, as it is something very useful and necessary for many of the developments and integrations that are made. It is something that in my work I have to consult very often. I don't understand why it was removed if it worked well. Please, give us a solution.

Hi, Simple request. We need more fonts on email templates which are used for one-to-one email. users now have to change the font when they select a template from HubSpot through the Outlook HubSpot Sales tool. Or even when you send an email from the contact record in HubSpot, the number of fonts is very limited. Now users have to change the font on the email (in Outlook) when using an email template due to the limit of 7 fonts that are available. See attached image. Thank you.

Within our database, we have a lot of duplicate companies because companies have multiple URL variations (i.e. www.brand.co.uk / www.brand.com /www.sub.brand.com, etc) When we're merging these company accounts, we're losing visibility of all the different URLs as it's just keeping the most recent one. Please can you amend the process to keep a fields records when merging, and not delete anything? Perhaps set up a review process which asks what you want to do with company data in fields that are both (keep, replace, keep both).

I think one of the biggest problems with hubspot forms is that, whenever there is a reason to make changes to a form (for example add new fields, edit dependent fields, change GDPR settings etc), you need to do it one by one on all the forms. It would be much easier if you could create different template forms (for example one for newsletter signup, one for lead gen, one for book a meeting etc) and then clone from these templates. Once you need to edit a form, you can just edit the template and have the option to edit all forms that are using the template. Using the same form is often not an option, because of different CTAs, the form being added as an asset to different campaigns, or different languages for example. I really hope you will work on this, its a really messy job right now...

I am dealing with an issue where we are using the enterprise custom sidebars on the left-hand side both for team views as well as dependencies (if field has X value, show these additional fields). I am realizing that the preview function only shows the "About this Object" section and then moves on to other information about other objects. It would really improve the preview functionality if those additional sections and dependent sections would show up in previews.

Right now in the CRM, access to Dashboards and Reports are combined (Dashboard, reports, and analytics). We need the ability to separate out Dashboards and/or Reports so they can be managed independently of each other. We have Roles where the user needs to be able to create and edit their own Reports but not have the ability to create or edit Dashboards, just view them. Having them combined in the CRM permissions does not allow us to manage this, and are constantly having to clean up Dashboards that are inadvertently created.

We are a North American based company with every few European customers but we want to set us up for success when it comes to GDPR so that we would have consent to communicate from our clients already before the North American law makers catch up and require it. We are therefore using the communication subscriptions in our forms to collect this data for our marketing emails and newsletter. Currently we can only see the communication subscriptions on the contact record on the left hand side sidebar below the About this Contact section. We would like to also see the communication subscriptions from the Inbox. The contact information is shown in a sidebar on the right, there we would like to see the communication subscriptions as well so that it would be easy to update while we are emailing or chatting with our clients. It would also allow us to see if we should prompt our client to sign up for our newsletter if we could see that he/she is currently not subscribed. I would like to request that the communication subscriptions can be seen and edited from the Inbox view.
