We would like to score our contacts and companies based on their associations with custom objects, however it seems only deals, tickets and notes can be added.   For example we use the "Listing" object to capture how many listings each company has, and the different locations of those listings.   Therefore we would want to score companies higher the more listings they have, and the more variety of those listings. When I create a Team View, it's very misleading and leaves a lot to be desired to truly customize the views. Apparently, you cannot customize cards in the middle panel, but only in the left panel. My idea is to make all cards and fields truly customizable when you want to create team views. This would build many efficiencies for each team. ...その他を表示

As of 15 May 2025, when accessing the Pipelines tab in any of the objects created within the HubSpot Object Library, it is not possible to access Pipeline Rules, Automate and Tags functionality as shown in the picture below:   (Picture of the Services object's pipeline settings) However, when accessing other standard HubSpot objects like Tickets or Deals, one can access this functionality, as well as Custom Objects: (Screenshot of the Tickets object's pipeline settings) ...その他を表示

Today we used the new form editor. I was excited that you can directly connect them to Helpdesk and create Tickets. The moment I created the automation came back and wanted to save it. The fields Ticketname appeared as a mustfield. The users who fill these forms will find this strange and I would not be able to use this form the way I want to.    The idea was that the users or our customers put their inputs and the name of the ticket is created automatically with a mix of these inputs. Hi team,    Right now the workaround for a superadmin to check the emails connected will be available for enterprise subscriptions only, log in as the user they want to review and then check their personal email, it would be good to have a view that shows all the information for all the users, so superadmin can check this information easily.   Thanks! ...その他を表示

HubSpot says that LinkedIn boosted posts can't be tracked, but we've had some that do seem to track properly, even to the contact-tracking level. Others show contact tracking as pending or with an error, likely because of @ mentions included in the post (would love to see a resolution to this limitation).   The fact that some are tracking properly while other's aren't is making our social tracking a mess. Some are tracking as organic while others are paid; some we get granular tracking for, while others we get none.   Would definitely appreciate consistent, contact-level tracking on all boosted posts! ...その他を表示

Contact (or any object) does not record Marketing Event as an option.   With Marketing Events Object get more and more power, we need attribution to show the original record source was "Marketing Event"   ...その他を表示

Unbounce HubSpot User option for HubSpot Admins to self-serve instead of contacting HubSpot Support.   I have made this request before every time I have a support ticket- but giving the ability to unbounce users for HubSpot Admins to self-serve and unbounce users in HubSpot would be more efficient. This has a lot of wasted time working on these by asking our internal networking team to check if emails were blocked before hubspot support will check if an email was "bounced". I need to be more strategic with my time and give our hubspot users back in more efficiently. Also, I have had this happen to many hubspot users who are active everyday, so them becoming bounced at somepoint makes no sense and wasted time for them and me. ...その他を表示
