Have an option to select which value, internal or external, to copy when copying a dropdown property via workflow.   When a dropdown select property is copied to a [text] property, the internal value is copied. We need the possibility to list the association labels in a list / report between two related objects. For example we have contacts and companies connected with associations and different association labels. Right at the moment, I can create a table report with these related objects. I can filter the relations by labels. If I filter the associations, I can list the label name. But I want all related objects and a column with a (comma) separated list of the label names witch are on each relation. This is a short description of the problem.   The following description is a copy of the question in the community. Our setup has one associated object on top. This is a custom object related to contacts (and a company). This custom object is called Gremium (committee). The object has a property Name. The association to the contacts has a label called 'Präsident' and 'Vizepräsident' (president | vice president). All normal members has no labels on the association, only two people has a label. What I really want to have ist a list of all committees with all presidents / vice presidents and members with the 'function' (label name).   DataSource:     At first, I didn't configure any labels in the data source. Then I created the table report with one filter: name of the committee has to be known. Othewise I get all contacts with or without relation to a committee. Like this, I get no field association label.     Then I reconfigured the data source:   Then I get a field association label:   And at the end I reconfigured the data source again:   Now I see only the related contacts with the selected labels   This time with the name of the label. Hubspot's HTML signature has limited capabilities. When I insert my signature is says it is an "unsupported HTML", yet it works in all my other e-mailing applications.    This same HTML signature works just fine when inserting it into marketing e-mails via adding an HTML module, so I think hubspot just needs to use the marketing HTML modules for email signatures.     ...read more

It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. If we could customize views we could add few other cotact or in this case also primery comppany related info which would help the users to see faster the information without going into contact card immediately. ...read more

We need to be able to associate Tickets with Invoices. Currently, once an invoice is synced from XERO to a Contact, using the HubSpot | Xero app, we can assoicate our Invoices in the Invoice Object with Companies, Deals and Contacts. But we cannot associate Invoices with Tickets.   In addition to this, when we signed up with HubSpot the Sales team said it would be easy to manage our servicing using HubSpot Tickets for our Customer Service Team. Without Invoices and Line Items this is not even vaguely doable. Currently the Funnel Report doesn't remove any Contacts or Deals that moved backwards.   For example:   Bob Smith was created and assigned a Lead Bob Smith is a Sales Qualified Lead Bob Smith is a Lead In the above scenario, Bob Smith will forever be logged on the Funnel Report as a +1 Sales Qualified Lead, which causes overreporting and the conversion rate to be inaccurate. Changing his Lifecycle Stage does not remove him from the Funnel Report.   I'd love to have this fixed to reflect actual record data rather than historical in this instance, or at least give us the option to filter it out. Lifecycle Stage is often mistakenly updated as a result of inconsistent sales processes, automation that runs on records it shouldn't, and such, but when we find the mistake there's no way to fix the Funnel Report. ...read more
