Currently, you can tell that contact is enrolled in a sequence, but strangely you can't tell which one unless you're in sequences.    It would be great if there was a column in Contacts called 'Sequence Name' that allowed you to understand what Sequence a contact was enrolled in. ... Afficher plus

I would love a function that separates test emails. As you can see below, we had a huge event in October. I built all the pages and tested them. It would be so cool if we could define test emails ahead of time so that it automatically separates them out. Either have a test lane in the dashboard (so we can make sure it is tracking the way it should, but not diluting the data).    It would be so cool to do a bulk remove, like select all of the forms and define the emails that need to be removed right there! It would make pulling the digital marketing report so much easier because I wouldn't have to sift through every single form submission to make sure testers and the team aren't mixed in with real prospects.    Thank you!   (I tested all of these forms, I am in all of them a few different ways)   ... Hi,   During this epidemic there has been an increase in online fraudulent activity which we are seeing. Can you please build as a matter of priority a mechanism to place individual emails on a blocklist ie if any tickets are received from any emails on a blocklist, it automatically discards both the conversation and any tickets that have been automatically created.   Thanks ... I am looking to create a chart that tracks tickets over a period of time between 1 quarter and 1 year.   Currently the only options I have for Create date 'is this' are  Month Quarter so far  Quater 'The current quarter` ;I fail to see how this is different than quarter so far year so far year 'the current calenard year`; again, how is this different than year so far? 'is last' options are week month quarter year 7 days 'previous 7 days' 14 days 'previous 14 days' 30 days 'previous 30 days' 60 days 'previous 60 days' 90 days 'previous 90 days' 365 days 'previous 365 days' pretty much every other option aside from 'is all time' requires me to add a static date to establish a range. I would like to be able to specify a create date range that is one of the following a specified number of trailing days, weeks, or months i.e. of my choosing.  This could come in the form of additional preset values for the 'is' option Is options Week so far Quarters: 1, 2, 3 Months: 1,3,6 Is last options Quarters: 1, 2, 3 Months: 1,3,6 Weeks 1,2,3 Days 1,2,3,4,5,6 OR simply give the option to specify the quantity and time frame 3 quarters 5 week 13 days I am looking to show a trailing graph over the past 6 months and only have the option of last quarter or the entire year as a data set and have no way to do it at this point.   ...
