My sales team offers software lessons for prospects to book when trialing our solutions. In another appointment booking system (AcuityScheduling), we're able to create a category (eg. Software Lessons for Product "A"). That Category has a link that we can share where people can see all of the lessons we've customized for that Category (eg. Lesson 1, Lesson 2, Lesson 3, etc.). They can pick the lesson and then are prompted to choose their date/time. Each appointement (eg. Lesson, 1, Lesson 2, etc.) also has its own meeting link so we can share the link for just Lesson 1 with a prospect, if desired, or share the link for the enter Category. It would be helpful if Meetings offered this fuctionality for efficiencies. As it stands now in Meetings, when I want to provide the prospect with the list of lessons they could book, I'll have to share multiple links or hyperlink each lesson I list to them (eg. Lesson 1, Lesson 2, etc.) vs. just sharing one link to cover it all (eg. Software Lessons for Product "A"). We currently use AcuityScheduling that offers this functionality. See attached image that shows the pubic facing link that a prospect would see to choose a lesson. You'll notice that in that platform, you can also share Meeting descriptions upfront for the prospect to see/read so they can decide if they want to book that Meeting or not (Meetings doesn't offer upfront descriptions currently), which is a separate idea I have submitted.
