While I love the new ability within progressive fields to replace with queued progressive fields or leave on the form, I'd like to see a 3rd option, where the field is simply removed and not shown. That way, if there are specific categories that are shown in a particular order, when the 2nd level is completed, the respondant will not be asked any additional questions in that area. For instance, if I ask for personal(ish) info, say first name, but want something else, say phone, to replace that field on the 2nd form filled, I might not want to ask something business-related in that same spot next time. Or, I might have gotten all I need from them, and the 3rd form fill, I might just ask for email, without all the other fields. ...read more

In the permissions you are able to make it so someone can not export contacts and other records, but in the marketing side you are not able to control this.   Due to privacy of information we need the ability for this feature to be turned off as well. If you select it on the persmissions screen it should carry over to all portals.   ...read more

Building out workflows that require multiple branches/actions and it would be nice to be able to duplicate actions that would repeat themselves on other parts of the workflow. Our stores compete with each other so I have permissions set to "Owned Only" so the stores that are close to each other don't try to steal each other's customers. But along with that competition comes the necessity of seeing leaderboards.  I created a dashboard that shows an "Activity Leaderboard" - showing how actively each store is using Hubspot and logging notes, calls, tasks, emails, etc.  When I view it as Super Admin, I see a nice leaderboard ranking the stores by their activity level. But when I share that dashboard with the stores, they only see their activity. Data like this should be able to be visible by anyone on the team as the information is generic. The dashboard should just show the activity itself (25 Notes, 15 Emails, 32 Calls, etc) but not link to actual customer data. This would be extremely useful for our team!   Thank you! ...read more
