I heavily rely on HubSpot's workflows, and having a dashboard to easily track their success or failures would be incredibly beneficial. I manage both MQL and SQL workflows that run consistently, along with creating them for major events we participate in. Having a clearer view of their outcomes would help me identify areas for optimization, especially in terms of workflows and emails that require the most attention. When you open a ticket profile and want to continue or start a conversation for this speicific ticket. You have to click on (the titel of the conversation) and it opens a new tab for the conversation. It would be great to just start/ continue the conversation within the ticket profile. So that you dont have to navigate to another tab.   See the image below for the current way it is implemented.     ...read more

Hi,    It would be a great timesaver if the activitiy associations would be clickable icons and take you immediately to the associated object. Now you can only see the association but you still have to cut and paste into the search bar to navigate. Not very efficient for quick lookup. Clickable icons would be nice.  Thanks ...read more

It would be very helpful to be able to at least partially personalize the Prospecting Dashboard (kind of similar to the Reporting Dashboards). This would allow customers to customize their (sales) summary. For example, overdue deals could be displayed instead of leads. ...read more

We'd like to restrict record merging separetely with a specific merging permission. Currently the merging functionality is enabled within the editing privileges, but sometimes we want to restrict merging even though the user can edit a record. Today, we have that capability with importing records. A user can import records if they have editing permissions, but only if they also have the specific importing permission set. It would be great to have the ability to set guardrails on an email workflow (marketing) that you could set and get alerted if they hit a certain level. E.g. if the unsubscribe rate hits a cerain number. Then you get notified by email or Slack depending on your integration that there is an issue/warning with that email. That way you can action/remedy promtly without having to go in reguarly and keep checking the performance of your workflow. ...read more

Please add a feature to the Email Marketing tool where users can "find and replace" a word or phrase anywhere in their marketing emails.   Naturally, this can't work for single-sends but would be huge for automated emails. Especially for companies with hundreds of automated emails needing bulk changes to them.   It should allow users to search and replace content in the email body, subject line, or preview text.   Additionally, the ability to swap out the From Name and From Email across multiple emails would be beneficial.   ...read more

I was wondering if the deal view tabs (see image below) could have the option to be customised to different colours in order to be grouped and found easier. When lots of deal views are open (and need to be), the name of the view can be cut off which makes it hard to find the one you're looking for easily.     ...read more

We had a legacy Shopify integration in place (the native connector) which synced the following objects: Contacts Deals Products We wanted to expand that to include company data as we saw that the sync field mapping had expanded to include the Company object. However, in updating the connector, it broke the connection to the Deal object and shifted the data to Orders instead. The Orders object which has replaced Deals within the data sync mapping is an invisible and uneditable object within our client's portal. We had to roll back to the older version which then cuts out companies.  Please could HubSpot consider brining back the Deal object in the sync mapping so that clients on the legacy version are able to update theirs to benefit from the new Company sync functionality. ...read more
