                Currently, when setting up "Tracked Terms" in the Call Setup section, each term must be entered manually, one by one. This is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when working with longer lists of relevant keywords or phrases.   Today, with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot, users can easily analyze transcripts and extract lists of key expressions, even generating synonyms or alternative phrasings of the same concept. This makes it faster and more intuitive to build a comprehensive list of Tracked Terms based on real conversations.   However, HubSpot doesn’t currently offer a way to paste or upload multiple terms at once in the Call Setup area. A bulk import option, similar to the "Load options > Paste your own" functionality available when creating custom properties would significantly improve usability and save users countless hours of manual work. ...その他を表示

Currently, in Hubspot lead scoring, while calculating call score criteria the tool only considers calls that were actually made, rather than those that were logged manually. It will be great if tool calculates score based on both inputs. ie, both calls manually logged & actaul calls made should be considered for scoring. ...その他を表示

For the longest time we would be able to send a meeting request to a customer and it would save the information so if I open the "meeting" tab again all the information from my previous request was saved. This was very beneficial when we had to send multiple meeting requests back to back. It seems this feature is no longer available and has forced my team to go back to Outlook to send these meeting reuqests. The downside to going back to Outlook is you lose access to all the great features of meetings though HubSpot such as the reminders, being able to use snippets in the "info" field and so much more.    Please bring this feature back!!  ...その他を表示

Currently, only legacy forms are available to be used in custom modules. In order to add a form created with the new form editor to a page, the only option is to use HubSpot's default 'form' module that's provided in the drag-and-drop editor. Currently, HubSpot allows admins to set property permissions to view, edit, or delete. However, there is no option to fully hide a property from specific users or teams. As a result, users can still see fields that are irrelevant or sensitive, even if they can’t edit them. This can lead to confusion, cluttered interfaces, and potential data exposure. It limits the ability to tailor the CRM experience for different roles. Admins lack the control to simplify views for teams like SDRs or hide strategic fields from non-managers. Currently, users can only enroll tickets in workflows from the CRM ticket record, not directly in Help Desk. This creates extra steps and disrupts support workflows. This limitation is preventing automation opportunities that will support more efficient and effective handling of support inquiries.    An “Enroll in workflow” option in the ticket side panel or actions menu within Help Desk would save time for agents, reduce context-switching, and improves workflow adoption and automation consistency.  ...その他を表示
