Submitting on behalf of customer.    In HubSpot, when testing campaign assets, the data from these tests is recorded in the campaign performance metrics. However, if you delete the contacts associated with your tests, the campaign performance metrics remain unchanged, which can skew the overall performance data. The only way to truly reset a campaign's performance is by cloning the campaign and starting anew, which is not always practical.   We would like the ability to delete test leads from the system and completely remove their metrics from the campaign performance. Hi HubSpot Team, I really appreciate the recent addition of the new Appointments object—it's a great step forward in organizing scheduled interactions with customers in a structured way. However, it's currently not possible to view or manage appointments through the HubSpot mobile app, which is a major limitation for field teams and anyone working on the go. Being able to access this object on mobile would allow our team to stay updated on upcoming meetings, log outcomes immediately, and manage changes in real time—without having to use a desktop or mobile browser. Please consider adding full mobile support for the Appointments object, including: Viewing appointments Creating/editing appointments Associating them with contacts, companies, deals, etc. Filtering by appointment stage or date This would really enhance the usability and completeness of the mobile CRM experience. I would like to be able to report on the email health score per lifecycle stage in HubSpot, which is not currently possible. You can only view the score as a whole, or by campaign or email, but it would be very valuable to me and my team if we could break down the health score by lifecycle stage. This would allow us to get a more accurate picture of the email health amongst the different audiences we target with our email marketing. It would be highly beneficial to be able to report on not only meetings that our sales team have created themselves but also on those that they have attended.   Currently you can use custom filters to get the total numbers but if you need to group by the user there isn't a single field to use - the user information is across the 'assigned' and the 'attendee' fields. ...read more

We would like to score our contacts and companies based on their associations with custom objects, however it seems only deals, tickets and notes can be added.   For example we use the "Listing" object to capture how many listings each company has, and the different locations of those listings.   Therefore we would want to score companies higher the more listings they have, and the more variety of those listings. Being able to edit & create websites on my phone is really important to me. I haven't had a computer for a little while because my old one broke, so I'm stuck using my phone for everything until I can get a new computer. Even when I get a new computer it will be great to be able to edit my website easily wherever I am on my phone.   If you could consider adding simple website creation & customization features & adding the ability to make a blog on the website (& that type of thing) that would be great. All I really need on my phone is just a way to edit some simple things on the templates like color & maybe move a few elements around & a place where I can publish & edit blog posts from my phone too.   I love HubSpot, I like it more then most other free website editors, because it's really easy to use & I don't feel constantly pressured to pay for it (which actually makes me feel better about getting a supscription).   I asked the HubSpot CoPilot about the mobile editing feature & it said that HubSpot doesn't have one & that I should share my idea on this feedback forum.   I understand that you can't do every suggestion, but this would be really helpful to me & I'm sure others would like it too!
