In HubSpot, there is a feature that allows users to assign the status of a Marketing Contact, meaning I can grant users the rights to send small email campaigns to 50-100 people. With a monthly limit of 22,000 contacts, it's reasonable that I don't control these small campaigns. However, HubSpot also has a condition that if someone sends a campaign exceeding the limits, it automatically adjusts the number of Marketing Contacts for the remainder of the contract period. This means that any user who can send an email to 50 people could potentially increase the contract cost by a large amount, simply by mistake. Is it possible to set restrictions so that: It’s not possible to exceed the limits without approval from a super admin or someone responsible for contract renewals? Or set limits on the number of contacts a user can designate at once (for example, 500)?
