My tasks in HubSpot are linked to my calendar, which is very convenient! However, when I mark a task as completed before the due date, it doesn’t disappear from my calendar. It would be a great addition. Right now, it often feels like double work because I open the task and then see in HubSpot that it has already been completed. In my current job, I write articles for customers to describe how our software works. It can happen that some content is repeated in various articles. I am currently copying these sections from existing articles and pasting them into the new articles. And if there is a change in this area, I have to manually adjust all the articles concerned. Depending on the change this can take quite some time.   So my idea was that I would like to have a selection of ‘building blocks’ that I can drag and drop into the right place in the article, similar to how writing marketing emails in Hubspot work. (see picture)     I would also like to be able to create and edit these ‘building blocks’ myself in a separate view. This would allow me to drag the appropriate 'building blocks' to the right place in the article when writing new articles and save me the step of copying from existing articles. I could also ensure that when editing/adjusting a ‘building block’, the changes are automatically applied to all the articles concerned. Greetings, our former system has a feature whereby we can pop up a stock ticker symbol automatically in Yahoo finance if the ticker, itself, was listed in an embedded URL prefix field. Clicking the web icon next to the field inserts the ticker symbol (example ticker) entered in the field at the end of: finance.yahoo.com/quote/EXAMPLETICKER  which launches the Yahoo finance stock symbol page of the given company. I am curious if this functionality could be considered in HubSpot. There may be other use cases where editing the prefix URL could be useful, as well. Thanks! ...read more

When handling helpdesk tickets we sometimes get this warning message "Be careful with this message We couldn’t verify that this message came from XXX. Avoid replying to this email address unless you can confirm that it’s legitimate."   Currently there is no way to handle this other than mark as spam, but sometimes or even often, it is a trusted email address.  It would be nice if there was a way to "mark as trusted" in a similar way that you can "mark as spam".  ...read more

It would be great if there was an option available for us to add products last purchased to an email, along with buttons for post purchase nurtures etc. At the moment it feels very limiting to only be able to do an abandoned cart module, show products manually or add in most viewed/top sellers for ecommerce businesses using HubSpot.  ...read more

Is there a way to get better customization on what users can see? As an example, we would like certain users to be able to see calls from other users, but not have visibility of the calls page. It is fairly urgent that we are able to do this.  ...read more

With HS there are a lot of new terms and abbreviations. It woud be awsome if there was a 'i' symnbol next to the work which you could click on for a discription/explanation. It would also make it quicker when training new people to use HS. We'd need to make sure the super admin can type the explanation in.  ...read more
