Unsubscribe pages are hard coded which makes it exteremely tricky to edit them as you need a developer to do it. At this type of price you would expect a platform that is super user friendly, which at the moment Hubspot really isnt.

how can I edit what appears under the 'about this contact' section within the inbox section on hubspot (not within the 'contacts' section of hubspot)

It's inconvenient to be reviewing a Static List and then have to back out of the list and go to the Contact List to be able to add any new people to the list. Why can't this be directly done while in the Static List view? It seems like it would be relatively simple to add a Contact search bar at the top of the Static List view page and after searching and finding them there to be able to import the Contact directlly to the list without ever having to leave the Static List view itself.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a filter option when searching across contacts that allow filtering by list membership (e.g., contacts that have ever been a member of a specific list). Even better, it would be great to refine this filter further by time periods, such as ‘within the last X days’ or ‘between specific dates.’

It's currently not possible to change the styling for a link within the privacy policy of the new multi-step form builder. This means that adding forms to a pages with a dark theme makes links difficult to see.

I've tried to export our User list from Settings, and even though in a knowlege base article is says you can export the seat assigned to each user, when I export it, that information doesn't show. It will show the Team(s) and Permission Set assigned but then if the user is Deactivated. After that though it's only export a field which I don't have on my screen which is "Paid Seat" which is a "yes" / "no" entry. The Seat information does not show up. Even if I try to filter my user list to just show a specific seat, when I'm exporting I don't get the filtered results, but the full list...

Hi, It is a real big problem not being able to revert a payment of manualy put down as paid. We accidentally marked an invoice as paid so now reports are going to be wrong forever as we can't undo it. Why has this feature never been added? I can do this in my accounting software but not Hubspot.

Deal splits should have their own permission set - a user shouldn't need the ability to delete a deal to remove a deal split.

We have clients who are never going to reach the status of Enterprise so logging in as a user is locked. This is a very useful feature for partners when they are admin on the account. Can it be opened up to partners? They have full access anyway so there's no issue associated to them sharing seats.

Bonjour à tous, J'aimerais beaucoup avoir la possibilité de créer une liste intelligente permettant de détecter tous les contacts qui ont eu une propriété spécifique modifié par une intégration externe. Exemple : pouvoir détécter via un filtre si la propriété HubSpot "numéro de téléphone" a été modifiée par l'intégration Better Contact, Zeliq ou SocieteInfo. Derrière on pourrait alors créer des listes sur cette valeur et avoir des workflows associés pour déclencher des actions propre à ces outils externes, comme par exemple dire si "contact appartient à cette liste alors je veux que tu me créé une tâche de rappel pour appeler cette personne dans 3 jours" Merci,
