Useful in sites where there is an overlap of client and employee traffic. Although the concept of that is discoutraged there are cases for example in in-field apps that give the client the ability to collect their own resources. Our internal team would be interested in identifying these areas highly trafficed by only employees and slowly remove them from the client facing side. Hello, It would be helpful for my sales team to be able to see the latest Note Body or even call activity on an object. This would allow us to easily look at multiple deals from the table view and see what the latest logged activity was, however it could also be used on contacts, companies, and more. I could even see something like this being used within a list to see the last marketing email received by the contact.. I attached a screenshot of how this would look for our use-case. My team wouldn't go through the effort of double-posting their call details or any notes they log. If they put this info on a property, the ease of viewing the historical record / timeline is then lost. If they put this on the activity feed, we lose the ability to pull that info onto the table mentioned above... This would be solved if the activity updates said property! ...read more

When making a new webform and using the custom multiple checkbox option - you allow users to import all US States. HOWEVER, in doing so, you organize by default a massive laundry list, vertically organized w/ no option to rearrange horizontally. This option has no use for our firm because it makes the webform insanely long. Hi all,   I have a small workflow (and a second beast of a workflow) that I am wokring on. This one is very simple, but I can't help shake the feeling something is off and might just be suffering from over-thinking or over-analysis.   Right now, I just want to set up a simple workflow so that at 60 days and 30 days prior to the company renewal date two tasks are placed on the company record to the established company owner.    My parameters are: 61 days out from renewal, is an active company and is one of our larger institutions. When I re-assing Contacts HubSpot should AUTOMATICALLY re-assign any open tasks associated with that contact to the new Contact owner.   It is impossible to go through thousands of Contacts and invividually re-assign open tasks on those same Contacts. ...read more
