We love revenue attribution reporting and all of the value that it provides and would like a way to remove an attribution channel from revenue attribution calculations on an account-wide basis (not just from a report.) Let me explain. Hubspot is our source of truth for reporting. In order to get sales data into Hubspot, we use Integrations to create and process deals. Every single sale that is made is touched by an integration. Because of that, it throws off revenue attribution reporting. If the customer path is website page -> checkout, the checkout (integration) receives the last touch credit, which isn't really correct since a customer MUST use the checkout (integration) to complete their purchase. In the example below, all attribution that is assigned to Integration, should be assigned to another source/channel (numbers removed). So, we can remove Integration from the report but the data is still flawed. Integrations shown in reports We would like a way to customize which sources, and even better, which integrations, are included in the revenue attribution calculation model account-wide.
