We are desperately in need of a CRM that can integrate with our ComStar phone system. We would like for our sales reps to see the Account number, contact name and or business name display in a notification when that customer is calling in. Currently, our sales reps have to answer the phone and manually ask who they are/where they are calling from and look them up in our system. Hi all,   Seen a few posts here outlining this issue but would love if Hubspot could implement the ability to directly map custom ownership fields to Salesforce ownership fields.   I know there are some partial solutions using formula fields or automation but it isn't the best solution for change management.   Hubspot please enable direct mapping it's a huge improvement.   Cheers! ...read more

We often work with agencies and other people who dont have access to our internal systems for marketing campaign followup. This includes providing data on who interacted, opened, clicked on emails within that campaign. At the moment if i wanted to export a list of email clicks (for example) to send to the agency, it will only provide the email address and email stats in the export. Currently when sending template emails to leads, there will be a HubSpot tracking link generated to keep track of link opens and clicks. It'd be great if the link URL could be changed from hubs.ly to another name not associated with HubSpot.    ...read more

As shown in the screenshot in this article, when you hover over the column you should see a double arrow. This double arrow collapses the right side bar menu. Hello! In this Knowledge Base article, it is noted that Delays and if/then branches will not be rescheduled, but the action that follows will.  Although this is noted in the KB Article, it is not noted in the workflow settings, screenshot attached.    This can be frustrating for customers, as they may not always see these notes in the KB article before attempting to use the setting. As well, Delays and in/then branches are listed as actions, so it can be expected for customers to assume these two actions would be rescheduled when using the Set times for actions to execute function.  It would be beneficial to have this note in the settings area of Workflows.
