Team,    After discussion and some bit of a manual process of creating a list > downloading a list > re uploading a list > to optout groups of contacts at a time from all email subscriptions... or set each contact record one by one   Can we just automate this for all email subscription types?     I was in discussion with HS reps and they said this was the only current way. It would be much more simple to run a workflow for this.  Additional information, we are automating them out of Marketing Contacts, but that happens in the following month to take full hold. We are also currently setting individual "Opt Outs" for each Subscription Type.  Not ideal and looks like a clunky process for each user when looking at the history.   ...read more

It would be incredibly helpful if ALL report types featured deal name hyperlinks in the final product. As it stands, only Single Object type reports have this feature (to the best of my knowledge). The vast majority of my company's reporting is Custom and uses both Deal and Contact properties, therefore a limited number of our reports have this handy feature.   It's a small thing, but it would save us SO MUCH TIME to have faster access to the Deal Record. (Rather than having to copy the deal name, open a new tab, navigate to the deal search, paste, then open the deal). ...read more

PROBLEM WITH HUBSPOT SOCIAL MEDIA Hubspot offer some good templates (Powerpoint and Excel formats) for managing social media.  However, HubSpots online Social Media features are very limited, and make life very difficult for anyone that is managing social media within HubSpot.  This typically means users have to use both excel documents, or PPT to plan, review social media, posting social media content, properly.  Other CRMs and social media platforms - Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite - already solve this problem an make life easy, so hopefully HubSpot can address and make life easier for all HubSpot users.    IDEAS FOR HUBSPOT Make life easier and update HubSpot social media features with:   1. Drafting, reviewing, feedback and social media posts Social media team often draft, and need feedback, or people to review (written copy, images, graphics, tags etc) for social media posts.  HubSpot currently do NOT offer any way for people to review and mark up any comments.  It only has option to POST.  This means that users have to operate in and outside of HubSpot, where all of this should be able do this within HubSpot itself. Competitors Salesforce, Zendesk, Hootsuite, among many others offer this as they want the users to be able to do above within their own environments, to free up time of their social media team.    2. If you are in, say, a Contact view and there are 500 contacts that meet your criteria, you have the option to select all on the page or say 'select all 500 contacts', then apply your edit.   However, in Lists, you can only select the 20 rows that show up on that page.  I contacted support with this question and they recommended to create multiple lists, and then use workflows to make the changes to work around this.  However, this would be much easier if the List view had the same option as Contacts to select all that meet the criteria and then apply an edit. ...read more

If we want to have a list services, let say "SERVICE A", "SERVICE B" etc.. and have a property in the contact, which represents this services, but we want this services has more paramrter, than name, for example serviceID, PRICE etc.. I was wondering that it would be great if I can set tax for each line items instead of overall items when creating quote. I'm not sure wether there's a way that I can just create a custom product property then add the custom product property in the column of the quote so that when I key in the amount in the custom product property the line item will calculate the custom product property with the line items in the quote. ...read more
