Hey, The navbar's designed as changed. Instead of the sleek and efficient single liner it has been split on 2 lines. If it cannot be reverted for everyone, we at least need an option to pick which format we want. There has to be a way to determine the winner of a Landing Page test based on button clicks. We us a Hubspot CTA to send customers from a Landing Page to our product sign-up page. With current Landing Page analytics, we can't determine a winner based on link clicks to an external page. We need CTA Clicks, CTA views and CTA Click Rate to be reported on the Landing Page and A/B test analysis pages. Additionally, Hubspot should be able to automatically select a winner and drive traffic based on CTA Click Rate. At the very least, we need the to ability to build this into a custom report. If you're using Customer Portals, and agents email a third-party to resolve the issue, you don't want the customer to be able to view these conversations, but you do want to keep those conversations in one ticket.    It would be great to hide/restrict certain email threads in Customer Portals so queries can be dealt with in one ticket and the business can uphold a professional front by separating customer communications and client communications. ...read more

In our company, we use Dates Indicators to understand the time between a business created and when it is closed.  It has a big impact in our analysis and thanks to Hubspot we can do it easily.  But, it has a lower level of efficacy because when we compare the days to know the gap, it considers saturday and sunday when these days our collegues don't work. So, I would like to have an option to exclude these days from it when we do the calculation to be more real with the numbers.    Thank you! ...read more

Liebes Team,    die API von LinkedIn erlaubt das Erwähnen oder Taggen nur für LinkedIn Unternehmensseiten. Man kann NICHT einzelne LinkedIn Benutzer taggen, wenn man einen Social Media Beitrag in HubSpot erstellt.    Ebenso werden in der Social Media Analyse auf HubSpot keine Klicks für LinkedIn angezeigt, insofern man die Beiträge nicht via HubSpot veröffentlicht.  Somit können wir unser Reporting und unsere Analyse in HubSpot nicht richtig durchführen.    Wäre es möglich, einen Workaround zu erstellen, sodass die Klickzahlen für LinkedIn angezeigt werden?  Danke und Grüße, Nadine  EN  Dear Team,   LinkedIn's API only allows mentioning or tagging for LinkedIn company pages. You can NOT tag individual LinkedIn users when creating a social media post in HubSpot.   Similarly, social media analytics on HubSpot will not show clicks for LinkedIn unless you publish the posts via HubSpot. So we can't do our reporting and analysis in HubSpot properly.   Would it be possible to create a workaround so that the click counts for LinkedIn are displayed? Situation: One Conversations Inbox contains 5 channels that are added (all different email addresses (Google groups aliases)).    Need: Build reporting that gives me insights into each channel within an Inbox It seems that I can only report per Inbox overall, but that's not what I want. I need to get recently archived objects (e.g. contacts) for the last week. I am sending a request: GET https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts?limit=100&archived=true But the response isn't sorted by any of the fields. So, I need to get all archived contacts (10 pages).
