I'd like to see the screen to create a new ticket from a contact record pre-populate the Ticket Name with "{ contact name } - New Ticket" just like it does when you create a new deal from a contact record.

Hi, I currenly am in the situation of importing up to 1k records in HubDB table. Each row is composed by a name and an image, located in a remote uri and we're going to turn off the old server so the current uri wont answer any longer. Currently it seems that there is no option but importing each image in Files and then using the HS path to import images in situations like that. It would be nice, as it happens in other CMS to be able to provide a CSV (via gui) or operate directly via API to handle the loading of images with HubSpot to take care of the phase of download of the resources to its file server and use the correct uri path.

Hi Team, Submitting on behalf of customer The customer is hoping to see the evolution of how many of the upside, commit etc deals actually converted into closed-won deals and the "movement" of that within weeks of a month or a period of time. For example, in week 1 of Apr, how many of deals/amount is in "Pipeline stage" and then how many of them were in "Commit Stage" in week 2 then finally they ended up in Closed Won stage in week 3 or week 4. They would like a "funnel" perspective as to how the deals moved along in the respective forecast categories.

For instance, when you have a certain price to apply monthly for a specific amount of time which will then change up after that period. For instance I want to charge monthly 50 euros for the first 6 months and after those 6 months charge 25 euros/ month. As it is right now Hubspot would make both charges start at the same time resulting to a 75 euros/month price.

I'm looking for the option to create a custom property that creates a dropdown select or checkbox that would allow me to select another contact in our database. This would allow our sales representatives to select and identify which of our clients are referring new leads to us without having to worry about typos or other data hygiene issues. It would also allow sale supports to create reports that better identify our brand evangelist, as well as further promote the relational/person focus of this CRM.

We're adopting association labels to give our sales team the ability to easily skim associated contacts for the right contacts at a given org. What we need is a way to automatically populate those association labels based on a given set of criteria. We can't currently bulk label i.e. decision makers based on other persona data points. So we're stuck with manually populating these association labels slowly over time. 😬

hi team at the moment the customer portal can only display one thread per ticket but there are many users who will grealy benefit from being able to show all threads associated with the ticket on the customers UI, just like how we view it on the ticket record. This is incase, the emails sent are not threading by any chance, which would result in customer missing out a reply via the customer portal view.

Hello all, Newbie on Hubspot, first I'd like to say I find the tool very powerful and suggest people still relying on Salesforce to switch ASAP. I currently use the Pro Plan for all modules (Sales, Marketing, Service etc.). I really like the Marketing "Emails" - they have nice templates like the image I enclosed (or see below) However, it is not possible to use a Marketing email as a Sales template. You could copy most of the content, or take a screenshot of the email and use it as an image in a Sales template but this would remove all links etc. A shame really, don't you think ?

Whether for a national holiday, news event, or other major reason, there are times when we want to ensure we as a company are not sending any marketing emails (in drip / nurture campaigns) to anyone in our database. Currently it's very clunky to implement this: you would have to edit every separate Workflow manually and either a) pause it entirely, or b) set execution exclusion/suppression dates. Either way, you also have to go in and update these changes regularly for the upcoming calendar year. While these are helpful to have within each Workflow as a setting, it is cumbersome and limiting. Especially if you have multiple teams creating different types of drip campaigns for different segments. It would be great to be able to set global Email Marketing "pause" dates that trickle down to all of the Workflows either as a whole (universally / account-wide), or -- even better -- to a selection (since some Workflows/emails are transactional and shouldn't be turned off).
