We have recently created a workflow allowing new contacts to submit RFP directly to our company via a form submission through our website. The customer would fill out a form and be presented a meeting link to a salesperson so they could book a discovery meeting right away. We set this meeting link to prioritize contact owners, should the customer (or their account) already have a relationship with one of our sales people.   Our intention was to set up Round Robin assignment of the RFP's to our Sales Representatives (we only have 2), and attempted to use the current protocal within Hubspot to automate the assignments; however, we started seeing RFPs beign assigned to the same salesperson without alternating between the 2. Upon looking into it, we learned that the assignment is truly based on calendar availability, rather than a true round robin assignment.    My idea is that a in order to have a true round robin assignment, the meeting link can be configured to show ONLY the calendar of the salesperson who is due for the next assignment. This would eliminate any path for the same salesperson being assigned several RFPs in a row due strictly to their calendar availability. ...read more

Hi y'all!  We would love to be able to use our subscription options in more than just emails. Dedicated landing page? Social posts? Embeddable preferences? Yes, please.  The overall goal is to have a page where users can enter their email and see their current subscriptions. If they aren't subscribed, then prompt for various field(s) of my choice and let them proceed with selecting the type(s) they want to receive.  The current setup is extremely limiting and is not very user-friendly. User's permission email requests should lead to the exact permission and user. Instead of the User's permission request to lead only to users & teams, it should lead to the specific user and the tab where the permission is.  ...read more

We create tickets from our support form, contact us form, and any program registration. While we have separate pipelines set up to segment tickets by type, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to name the ticket based off of the data collected in the form submission. For example - we'd like for the our ticket name on our contact us form to read "Contact us form submission by [Contact Name] on [Create Date]" or the name of our support form to read "[Contact Name] requests support on [Support Type]." ...read more

Hi all. I would appreciate help in creating a new quote that includes an annual payment and a monthly payment. I would like to create a quote that includes an annual price and a monthly price consisting of the price of the product multiplied by the number of times it is purchased per month. I was able to enter the annual cost and the monthly cost into the system, but in the final calculation, the offer does not include both components and requires me to choose between an annual or a monthly total cost (if I define that the monthly cost is for 12 months, the system fails to multiply the monthly cost times 12 to get a cost annual final). Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Is there a solution to the problem or a way to solve the problem directly? An answer to this issue would be appreciated. ...read more

We could really use the ability to change the primary company of multiple contacts through an import or a bulk edit.  I believe this was possible before the new associations change earlier this year, but having to change the primary company manually now is very time consuming.  Would prefer the ability to bulk edit rather than through an import but either would help immensley when you are having to change the primary company of 500+ contacts. ...read more
