The new feature that allows masive uploading social media posts is great but very limited as it only allows to upload 1 picture url per post. Hi Hubspot Team,   Can your product team look at the zapier integration that was built by Hubspot for bulk uploading Activities to contacts.    The functionality is already there. For example, you can log activity types such as call, email, task, note etc however not all options are avaialble. I would like the option for postal mail and the other available activity types to be added in the zapier integration. This would make bulk assigning tasks simple.   If we had access to this, it means that we could all bulk assign activities in Hubspot via the zapier integration as this is currently not available within the Hubspot application.   Thanks ...read more

Posting on behalf of a customer:  Currently, the chat transcript email has a button at the bottom that links the recipient to the original site from which they started the chat. It would be ideal if we're able to update this link to other customer-facing sites that will be more relevant e.g. a customer portal or knowledge base. My company is a small to mid-size contract manufacturer. We partner with lots of industries, with aerospace being our newest one to contract with. Although HubSpot is our preferred CRM, CMS, and service tool, we won't be able to grow and digitize with it unless the system offers some form of ITAR compliance. Whether that's through using AWS Gov Cloud or some other type of secure server situation. But it would be great for them to offer that!  ...read more
