😥 Currently, there is no option to set Knowledge Base article audience access to only allow permissions for logged in Hubspot users. For example, if I select Private access, the user (even myself) has to be added to a list, then must accept granted access, then create an additional password, just to view Hubspot content that should be available to them via permission settings. I thought the SSO feature might work for this, but it is an entirely different feature. 🙂 Solving for this would remove redundant logins, plus allow us to successfully transfer from Zendesk and continue to use our Knowledge Base articles for customer-facing, public content as well as private, internal-use only/product training content.
