It's nice that we can send a reminder email to a customer/contact about an upcoming meeting, but not everyone checks their email regularly enough that this reminder is seen 100% of the time. We'd like to have access to the meeting/engagement properties in order to utilize other means of notification such as texting to send reminders. Calendly, natively, can do this. Why can't HubSpot meetings? The data is there.... somewhere.

Currently, your search feature is lacking, to the point where it's almost unusable. If I search for let's say the word "Connection", there should be thousands of search results spanning multiple pages, but instead, I get just 30, with no indication of date and no pagination whatsoever, so I have to hope what I'm looking for is within those 30 results - If it's not, than it cannot be found. I really don't believe that this should be considered a feature request that needs consideration, but rather a flaw that needs fixing. Thanks for your time and I hope this gets addressed. It would be helpful to see if multiple people have a ticket currently open because when new tickets come through and someone assigns themself, it doesn't always refresh as quick so people are over lapping each other on tickets. If we were able to see multiple people have this open it can open conversation about that ticket.

Would be nice to filter by active or inactive deals. If you have a large organization with a decentralized buying process, it makes it very difficult to quickly review outstanding deals on the contact/company page since it shows ALL deals. If you guys could offer a way to filter by stage and pipeline, it would go a long way.

It would be great if we could attach a document during the meeting request process because often times, when you book a meeting via Zoom or Teams you want to include instructions or a screenshot.

Would be good to add events IRL to the Hubspot marketing calendar so that we can plan comms leading up to a trade show, seminar etc.

We have a historical snapshot report we have used to show changes in the total pipeline, which we report out on every week. Until just this past week, this report included Closed Won. Now all of a sudden, it's not showing Closed Won which is apparently expected behavior as these reports will not include anything closed. So essentially there's no way to historically report on changes to Closed Won deals??? Why limit the functionality like this rather than just giving the user the option of what should be included?

Do we have a way (or can we get the option) to create a base line meeting link that pulls in schedules based on populated owner fields? Example: Let's imagine a deal. We have a "deal owner", a "sales engineer" that could be one of a couple team members, a "senior leadership sponsor" for escalation purposes and a "crm resource" that troubleshoots segments of deals. Since this could result in hundreds of combinations of team members, I would like to be able to create a meeting link by choosing the field instead of the team member. So, in theory, I would only need one meeting link that could insert into a workflow. When the type of meeting was needed, it would populate a task for that meeting to get booked. Any advice on this?

Hi, I would really like some way to delete or filter out email performance data of deleted contacts. In recepient engagement, delivery, and other similar reports for marketing emails, the data keeps showing even after the contacts are deleted. A customer support team-member told me that there's no way to delete performance data for emails. So if not delete, then there should at least be some way to filter them out in reports. Right now the only filters I see for these reports are for campaigns, email types, and dates. I think there should also be a similar filter for contact type. Thanks, T

Hi team! submitting this idea on a user's behalf. When trying to edit the inbox the form is associated with, there is no option to change the inbox but deleting the form from the inbox and then turning on the form to include Ticket fields and then you have to add all the ticket fields as HubSpot will not keep the fields already saved. If the form has more ticket fields than contact or other object fields,, this makes the process very frustrating as there is no native way to change the inbox from the form settings or the inbox channels settings directly. Cloning the form is not a resolution, as the form will be associated to the existing inbox the original form was associated with. Thanks for looking into this.
