It would be useful to have the ability to sync attachments between objects to reduce admin. For example: when a deal is won and a new contract is attached, if this contact could also be added to the company and associated contact automatically. I know you can view an individual module or template and see its "dependents" which are any templates/pages using that module/template.   We would like to generate a list of ALL templates and modules, as well as all their dependents, into a single spreadsheet.  This would give us a nice organized list of everything in one place, and that way we can better manage our dependencies when we update one of them. ...read more

At the moment we use task queues to manage the workflow of a particular user: In these task queues, we group together similar tasks that need to be completed by the user, for example, "SMS" means SMSs that we need to respond to.  In a similar way that service Tickets have SLAs, it would be good to define some SLA's for ticket queues, not just based on whether indivdual tasks are overdue, but also how many tasks are not completed within a particular queue. An example of how this could be done is to use simple "Visual Cues" to indicate whether the rule  > Has been exceeded > Is soon to be exceeded > Is not exceeded By highlighting the queue in Red (Has been exceeded), Yellow (is close to being exceeded), or green (is not yet exceeded) The rules should include: -> Number of overdue tasks allowed -> Absolute number of tasks allowed  This would help teams keep on top of the different types of activities they are required to do, and not 'neglect' any part of the process for too long.  ...read more

One of the pain points for my team currently, is the lack of control for Form Submission Notifications. Right now, you can select which email address should receive a notification for a Form Submission. The functionality of the submission notifications are not really scalable though.    For example, I use HubSpot forms as a contact form for my entire website. However, this does not mean that every department of my website works out of HubSpot. Take our technical support team. They rely on a delegated email box to receive Tech Support tickets through a form on the website. With our old form supplier, every form submission would post that submission into the support mailbox too, from which our Tech Support Team could directly reply to the customer. Also, the submission would be "sent" from the email address of the original form submitted, and the email subject line would contain a submission ID to prevent email nesting.   With HubSpot Forms, the notification comes from a hubspot email address, and all the form notification subject lines are the exact same, which means that my team now gets nested emails that are hard to split out. Turning off email nesting in gmail isn't an option because it complicates the communication workflow with customers who did not utilize the form to reach out to our team.   Having more control or an improved user experience for form submission notifications would greatly be appreciated.  ...read more

We're hoping to create a report of all companies that have been set up as a parent of another company - for example, an accountant who is looking after a client, where the accountant is the parent, and the client is the child.   With the help of the wonderful Charlotte from support, we have created a report that groups by Parent Company, and has a Distinct ount for Company Name (which gives us the total number of child accounts associated with a parent), however we're unable to filter based on the Client Type of the Parent Account being Accountant.    Would love hte ability to be able to filter this report by parameters that sit at the parent level. ...read more

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could track the cost of the lead acquired through paid media (search or social) recorded on the contact object. I need to be able to see how much that ad cost me, and have it passed through the contact so I can send to other CRM's, Data Warehouses, etc, or even report on it in HubSpot... having that passed to the contact object allows us to know how much the conversion or touchpoint cost us for that customer and how much the opportunity cost us...  Seems like the holy grail of marketing and surely someone's asked for this before... but I can't find it!  ...read more
