So we likely all use a PDF form filler and signing software of some sort to close deals... Docusign... PandaDoc... etc... It's a pain to have ot leave Hubspot and then fill in all the information in standalone software to get a deal signed. Integrations I have found aren't amazing, and may require further payments or subscriptions and such... I think it would be an amazing idea if Hubspot built their own in-house document Fill & Sign software. Every second counts on the phone, and the longer our prospects have to wait for us to set up a document for them to sign, the more chance they have to change their mind. It would be great to be able to... 1. Upload forms. 2. Choose if fields are directly synced to Contact or Deal properties (and pre populated) or if they are independent fields. 3. Pre-set fillable or signable fields (text, phone, dates, checkboxes, sigantures, initials, etc... This should be available as a template for use with any Contact or Company. 4. Have shareble signing links for email AND texting. 5. Integrate this with tasks, work flow automations etc... This is just a great idea, no? The more I can simply work within Hubspot and not leave it, the better.
