When building cross object workflows, Hubspot defaults to look for "at least one associated record".  It would be great if we had an option to choose "all associated records".     An example would be a deal based workflow that has two contacts associated with it.  Let's say I want to update a copy over a property value from the deal record to the contact record but I only want to do that for a particular type of contact.  Right now, that's not a possibility as all or neither will be updated with no flexibility.     This logic is consistent across multiple areas but is most frustrating with workflows.  Any added functionality in being able to specify the actions that happen to an associated record would be helpful.   ...read more

In the settings where you can customize the default of when your tasks are due, I would like to also customize the default amount of time a task is rescheduled to when you click the Reschedule button.    Right now it defaults to 3 business days, but I almost always need to reschedule things by just one business day, so I would like to set my own default reschedule time. ...read more

Please create the ability to search data contained in other property fields within the Contacts page (not limited to name, phone number, email addresses, or company).  Having the ability to search specific information in certain property fields will help locate the client more quickly when on the phone. ...read more

In the old editor, pressing the enter key meant a break for a new paragraph automatically. The new editor automatically does a single break which is too little. Hitting enter again creates a double break which is too much. Ideally, this would go back to the default so automatically the spacing would be right. ...read more

This is exactly what we need! We have special pricing for very large clients, plus government pricing, and partner pricing. I need to set up the same line items 6 times with different pricing (with different SKUs to identify the pricing model). I even tried to use the 'currency' fields - but this interfered with the pricing on contracts. The ability to be able to 'name' different pricing on the same line item would save us hours and hours of work in maintenance (if we change the description of an item - we need to change it in 6 different locations). ...read more

Our business units have different buyer personas, but we're not able to separate them because the Persona property is not editable or clone-able. It would actually probably be a really quick and easy solution to just allow the Persona property to be cloned / edited across the board even though it is default, but at the very least it would be great for that to be possible for accounts with Business Units!  ...read more
