It would be great to be able to work through your open tickets similarly to the queue for sales tasks. I always have to go back to the table and it's very slow and time consuming. It'd be ideal if there were settings - so you can pick the status or stage of the tickets you view (for example).

it is desperately needed to have zoom registration pages sync with hubspot properties if they match. for instance, there is no reason at all to not have 'company name' be imported into hubspot if entered on a zoom registration. Cant we match hubspot fields to zoom registration pages and have them talk to each other??

We use tickets for all Customer Success activities, so the information for filtering live on the ticket. 2) What is your proposed solution and how would it add value to the tool? Allow creation of an email list from ticket properties. 3) Do you have any examples of other software apps that have this functionality? I use support chat very often from small questions to complicated fields/workflows/features. and 9/10 times i'm very extremely absolutely satisfied with the help i receive. every single one of the support team is EXTRAORDINALLY AMAZING AND HELPFUL and crucial to my positive experience with the tool. but i don't have time to go in and rate 10 stars for everyone of them. so i'd like to propose the idea that every support ticket gets automatically rated 5 stars after, say, 2 weeks after the ticket closes. people don't leave ratings or reviews unless they are very dissatisfied.. by automatically assigning 5 stars and "about as much effort as i expected" we can avoid skewing the support team's efforts/performance/sla

Hi there, I was wondering if there's a way to resize the HubSpot chat function? From what I can see there's no way for me to shrink or increase the size of the chat widget. Can be pretty inconvenient if you want to resize the widget to the size of your choosing.

Dear HubSpot-Support, This improvement suggestion will add value to any Sales Rep: Role: Account Executive (AE) and Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role. Goal: Adequate written transparency on the quote about agreements between a potential customer and their AE/SDR regarding discounts. Value: An easy way to support a trustful relationship between a potential customer and their AE/SDR. We use Intercom for our onboarding process. We use an email sequence, product tours, and banners. Currently, we cannot pass related information to Hubspot and use it for our Hubspot lead scoring. An example; A lead opened an email, interacted with two Intercom product tours, and clicked on a banner. It would be extremely valuable if we could have this information to 1. Hubspot Activity feed 2. Hubspot Lead scoring. Thanks

I know the DocuSign Integration is available for HubSpot and overall it works well; however, there is no way to add Custom Fields. We have a contract 99% complete; however, one field that is not available is Contact Phone Number, which seems like a miss. Any update when Custom Fields could be expanded? I know the recommendation is PandaDocs; however, we found their interface to be clunky, and the integration also didn't seem as functional as we needed.

I'd like to be able to alter which fieilds are shown on the Squences summary page. For me, meetings booked is not a metric that I am monitoring nor is it a CTA in my sequences so all have 0%. Seems like a wasted field in a summary Page. I'd like to be able to chose which onces I have as a view (e.g. Open rate, Click Rate etc) instead of forced having fields that are irrelevant.

As of now, you cannot re-enroll on changes happening on other object properties. Issues: 1. We have a value on the Company level that we want to monitor for re-enrollment in a deal workflow. We cannot do this with the current workflow options. 2. We want to re-enroll deals in a workflow whenever their products change. We cannot due this since we cannot re-enroll based on line items. Workarounds: 1. We copy a Company property to all associated deals and use that in the Deal workflow. 2. We monitor "Amount" instead, and whenever that changes we run a workflow. The caveat of this is that the amount doesn't update if the price of the products stay the same.
