I don't know if there is an existing option in the settings for this bust so far I haven't seen it.   Similar to deals, I allowed associations between our contacts to accommodate related ones. With that in mind, we are currently exploring what we can do with this setup and one of our contacts ask if we could always CC their spouse on all our email correspondence. This could be done manually however for automated, marketing and other emails, we cannot apply this.   We tried to automate this via workflows but failed to find a solution since we don't have an activity-based workflow for now.   I hope there is a workaround for this for now. ...read more

With the folder structure for Landing Pages and Workflows, I wish the UX was better. For example, if you are in a Folder for Landing Pages, click one of the pages, and then want to return to the folder page, the back button does not allow that. In addition to that, the folder structure for Landing Pages is very clunky and could be a lot more easy to organize. If HubSpot created a folder functionality similar to something like Google Drive for Landing Pages, Workflows, etc. it would help a lot.  ...read more

Hi, this might seem like a minor thing but it does confuse a lot of our clients that use HubSpot.    On the performance page of a sent marketing email, "Click rate" and "Click through rate" are labeled incorrectly. HubSpot's definition of click-through rate is the percentage of click-throughs from all opened emails. The industry definition for click-through rate is the percentage of click-throughs from all delivered emails.    HubSpot's use of "click-through-rate" should be relabelled to be "click-to-open-rate", while "click rate" should be relabelled to "click-through-rate".        Like I said, this may seem minor, but explaining to clients that their click-through rate is not actually as good as HubSpot's analytics suggest is often frustrating for the client.   Thanks. ...read more

Currently, HubSpot does not allow you to assign a chat to a specific user even if they are unavailable. With chatflows, if a chat comes through and the user is unavailable, the incoming chat will be left in the Unassigned view for your team to triage.   It would be beneficial to have chats assigned to a specific user even when they are unavaiable and allow the user to respond once they are online.   For example, for a college admissions team, we are building individual live chats that live on each counselors' scheduling page so if a prospect has a question, they can directly interact with the couselor they are trying to book a time with. We do not want these chats assigned to another counselor. The expectation is that if a counselor is unavailable, the propsect leaves their email address for a follow up.  ...read more

Love the changes to lists and workflows with being able to add views.  One thing that would be nice is that when looking at "All Workflows" one of the columns could display the folder that the workflow is currently in. This would look similar to how lists are able to show what folder that list is in.  ...read more

 Why on God's Green Earth can we not add someone to a "Call-only sequence" without an email address?   I took the time to create a sequence without a single email trigger, only to find that I cannot add contacts without an active email address.     Rediculous. Phone calls are much more effective than emails anyways (for my industry), so please let me arbitrate what goes into sequence.   The less rules you make, and the more power we retain, the better!   Many thanks, Alex ...read more
