We would love more customization when it comes to choosing what shows and is hidden in the resulting activities logged through playbooks. For instance-- just like you can toggle a property required we'd like to be able to toggle show/hide in note. Would also be cool to have a way to include/exclude portions of the text in the playbook as part of the logged activity. The overall formatting of the resulting note/activity is not great so this would help us control more of that. (ie sometimes the bulleted format is not very readable)

Who: Salesreps Goal: Efficiently and quickly add documents from the CRM to a 1:1 email. The ability to filter by favorites would be an added bonus.

Hi, I was super excited to see an integration with Unleashed, however, we have an unleashed account per market so we can't integrate it with HubSpot. I imagine as an SME many customers our size and up would have similar setups and it would be a huge time saver to integrate all of our unleashed accounts, particularly with the enterprise-level integration of managing duplicates. Can the email tool show the reasons why certain contacts won't be included in an email send or at least show a list of these contacts? Currently it only shows the number but no information about which contacts and why they are not included.

Customer Support Specialist posting on behalf of a Customer. Something that's quite useful in the existing Integrations settings is the facility that alerts users when attention is required to reconnect/re-authorise an external integration. We could go a little further here. It would be helpful for customers to have easy access to a changelog for any HubSpot-built integrations, as well as notifications when those integrations are updated/or if they'll update soon. This would allow customers to see any new features of existing integrations, get ahead of any potential downtime, and be able to identify any potential pain points as they arise.

Would love to see the option to customize the fields that display when you drill into a report on the report detail screen.

Frankly I'm shocked this isn't already a capability. There are already links for Pin, Copy Link, Reply All, REply, Forward, and Delete. We need a button or a link to create a task related to the email that either links back to the email or copies the email into the task (the former would be better).
