We would like the ability to show the discount of each product and on the product line, vs the total. We often have different discounts across the board and if we add a discount it only shows up in the total, not the new unit price and is very confusing for the customer.  ...read more

we need invoices as a single object report data source really bad. . . especially since hubspot dev rolled out the center column card editor where we can embed single object reports.    This would allow both sales and account management to track how much we are billing each customer monthly right there on the record!    thanks in advance ...read more

The fiscal year is coming up, and we're having issues with the quote tool not allowing us to delay billing without requiring the customer to pay for shipping now. I need the ability to Mark when a Contact becomes an official customer, and then lock certain aspects of the record to all but those with specific permissions.      My problem is that once we have a registered custoemr, I need lock the address, main contact, main email, etc. so that it matches our billing system and only the accounting team can modify.  I understand how to limit user permisions, but I need the ability to lock just certain fields to everyone, including the contact owner, while letting them modify other fields. ...read more

When you reply or forward an email from HubSpot, the editor does not include the email trail so, if you need to forward an email but edit or remove one of the previous emails in the thread before you do, you have to create a brand new email which then breaks the conversation chain.   Is it possible to get the email thread included in the editor? ...read more

I need to be able to figure out how to manually set the start and end date on a line item level for deals?  We have mid year expansions and upsells that co-term with the existing subscription.  So the mid year deal will almost never be whole months as is currently required as far as I can see. Forcing a monthly term onto the line items will never allow us to get an accurate end date for a subscription line item.
