It would be so useful to have more than 3 competitor streams for social. At the moment, if you want to compare your channels with your competitors, you have to include your own social channels as a competitor stream, leaving just 2 other placse for your competitors. I could easily add 10 competitor streams to our social dashboard to allow us to review our engagement levels against out competitors.  It would also be hugely beneficial to be able to collate more data to create a more comprehensive comparison i.e. a little like the twitter analytics overview?  ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to delete part of a conversation before replying. In Conversations > Inbox Here's the back story. I forwarded an email from a troublesome client to 2 associates for their opinion. Their replies are now permanently in the conversation thread. Now I can't simply reply to the client without them seeing the associates' opinions. I'll have to reply to the client outside of Hubspot. Bummer. ...read more

Hi, I would like to suggest that Call Tasks have the ability to mimick Call Activites. I'm requesting this as I am using Sequences and have Call Tasks within my Sequences. I currently have to check off that I completed the Call Task and then log the Call Activity. It would be nice to be able to do it from one record. For example, when you open the Call Task, I would like to have the same selections as a Log Call (i.e. Call outcome, Direction, Time, etc.) and then once the Call Task is completed, it would be ideal to have it registered as a Call Activity/ Logged Call.   Otherwise, I have duplicated records between the Call Task and the Call Activity/ Logged Call. Since by default HubSpot flows all HubSpot Tasks & Activities into Salesforce as Tasks ONLY it also clogs up the Salesforce Activity View.   Thank you. ...read more

Sharing task queues with other users is great but it is not possible to create a task for another user and add it to a task queue from the contact record. Now you have to create the task from Sales > Tasks if you want to be able to do it. It would be much quicker if we could do this from the contact/company/deal/ticket record. ...read more

Hi community, Our team at hubspot has grown a lot lately and the user permissions are not enough to cover my needs completely.   I need my team to be able to self-manage their tasks and calls, doing calls, updating descriptions, etc. However, I would like only managers to be able to delete the calls.   I have contacted support but both permissions are linked now and I believe it is a necessary development for the platform.    Would you be so kind as to support the proposal? Hi, Ref: HubSpot Ticket #554761 I am a Sales manger using HubSpot. I have created workflows and email templates linked to those workflows for all Account Managers to use. The problem is that we have 5 office locations and several account managers in each location. It seems to me that the "footer" in an email template is static.   So the suggestion is: Can  you make a footer dynamically change based on the HubSpot owner's office location?   I think this should be fairly easy since each HubSpot owner has its own sig and is in one specific location? It would be great if there was a way for a specific list (smart or static) to always appear as 'Excluded' on all email send-outs, as a default. While in most cases we would like to retain this list as excluded, the user could still manually choose to remove the list from the 'Excluded' field.    As far as I am aware, currently Exclude lists (like Include lists) must be added by the user at the time of send. There's no feature to add this list automatically.   While I understand that the reason behind this is to give the user the most control over their send, but in certain cases it'd be useful to have this feature to prevent from unintended email send cross-over or from targetting certain audience groups. ...read more
