Hi all, As I discussed with Ben from support in ticket #9656495, it will be great reporting wise, to have the possibility to have the conversation rate between pipelines. I explain myself with an example: Imagine you have 3 pipelines: - SDR - NB (New business) - AM (Account managers) The conversation rate I will be looking for would be, for example: - MQL (SDR) vs Closed Won (NB) +Closed Won (AM) - MQL (SDR) vs Closed Won (NB) - MQL (SDR) vs Closed Won (AM) Same could apply for Closed Lost. At the moment is only possible to create individual reports to have the absolute number while playing with "Entered date deal stage MQL" and then adding an extra filter on "Deal stage" = Closed Won or Closed Lost depending on the conversation rate you are looking for. If I want the MQLvsSQL is not possible to use the funnel conversation as the deal could have been moved to NB or AM pipeline already, so it won't show up (as before you need to play with Entered date deal stage properties). Currently, the revenue goals tool is very useful, but it doesn't allow you to make goals in a different year than the year the goal started in, which is not conducive to people who function on a fiscal year rather than calendar year. I think it would be great if HubSpot had a feature that allow for the display of old/sent newsletters on the front-end, where anyone can browse through and read all our past newsletters, just as you display blogs in pages.   At the moment Hubspot's suggession is to genrate webslinks for each newsltter and manually load the links on the page were you wish to display it, not practical.     So this should be consider as an idea for development. I think this can be achieved either by having a module that pulls all the newsltters onto the page or have it available via an API call.  ...read more

Currently, on the Hubspot iOS app, custom Deal sections are not visible, only property groups. I understand that the Android version of the HS app does allow sections to be visible.    Please add sections to HS iOS -- it would be super helpful for our company! It would be helpful if HubSpot could display which user merged a contact. This could be shown in the same timeline event that displays that the contact was merged. For example:   User 1 was merged with User 2 (user2@gmail.com) by John Doe   It is true that I can get this information using Postman and the API (GET /contacts/v1/contact/vid/:vid/profile) but it would be helpful if it showed on the main page for the contact and it didn't require extra digging.   Thanks,   Richard ...read more

Hi guys, Hubspot recently made some changes to the synchronisation between tickets and conversations. Tickets now will have more interaction with conversations.   Overall it's all good. However, there's something we find quite inconvenient: closed conversations in the ticket will also be reopened when we reopen a ticket, all of them (if there's 100 conversation in the ticket, they will all reopen).   Our suggestion is that we can have a setting to choose to reopen the conversations or not when we reopen the tickets.   Best regards, ...read more

I would very much appreciate if HubSpot had the option of not automatically creating contacts from specific domains such as ours company's own. This makes us create list of the employees registered on HubSpot in order to not target them on marketing campaings and not only that, if your company has a lot of people who interact with HubSpot, maybe this will restrict the amount of contacts you have left to add, or even make you spend more time cleaning contatct's database in order to not reach the amount your Hubspot plan allows you to, and have to pay more for it without the real necessity.  ...read more

Hi everyone,    today, when you schedule an email using the time zone tool, you can only use the property “IP time zone” to send email at the proper time for your contacts. The property “IP time zone” isn’t editable and very often is not accurate (it depends on the customer’s browser and ad blockers can stop this field from being enriched).    I would find indispensable that HubSpot let users to choose between the properties “IP time zone” and “time zone” to schedule emails in a more accurate and effective way.   Thank you, i ...read more
