It would be great to be able to reply to specific comments on Facebook, like you can for Instagram on HubSpot. Making generic replies on a post thread, whilst trying to reply to specific queries makes community mangement very hard   This is a functionality availabe on other social management tools that i have used, so i'm fairly sure the API is there for it. ...read more

Can this please be added into filters for deals. A rolling 90 days forward close date filter for deals. You can currently do last 90 days, but would be really helpful to have a 'next 90 days'.  ...read more

For workflows to display on the settings>property>used in view, the field has to be specifically looking at a present, existing value for that property. In other words, the workflows are relying on checking that current value.   With the workflows that aren't counted with the property being "used," they are not relying on checking for a specific property value. In other words, these workflows are simply creating an action relating to that property, but they're not actually using that property's values. This means workflows making updates to this field are not displayed in the used in list view.    To me "used in" should display workflows that both referencing or checking that value AND/OR updating that value.  ...read more

In Spain, and it's supposed to be worldwide, there are important fields that needs to be fulfilled correctly by the Sales/Marketing people, for example DNI (Identity National Number) or NIE (Foreign Identification Number).   As these two examples are crutial when filling data to be double checked, even more when there were integrations that uses them presumes that information were correct from origin, it should be a great workaround to allow the use of regular expressions as part of the Masking Rules of these kind of fields. In lists that have filters, both static and active, it would be super helpful to be able to see which filter a contact passed through to be added to the list.    Example: A list I'm working with has a number of these kinds of filters on them, and I'm using the list as a way to see why a contact didn't get added to a Business Unit, as a safety net against the workflows and other processes in place to assign a contact to a Business Unit. It could be any number of the filters that the contact meets the criteria for.   A column that shows which filter groups the contact matched would be immensely helpful. The alternative in this case would be to have one list for each filter. Being able to see which filter(s) they passed through, and by extension how many contacts passed through each filter could have a value for a lot of use cases.   ...read more

For the Tasks function, it would be helpful if the following were available which would make it easier to create and filter tasks.    Option to clone a task from the Task list and Task Edit popup - currently, no clone feature - all task info has to be re-entered for each new task Ability to assign more than one user to a task - currently, tasks only support one user assignment. For tasks that more than one person should act on or tag team, an additional task must be created. Option to add Watchers to Tasks - for tasks you assign to others, you're unable to track after creation. If there was a Watcher feature, you could be notified on the statuses of those tasks. It would be great if there was a unique Notes sections under Companies that are only for administrative information.  right now all notes regardless of who enters them and where, are located and visible under Companies.  It's becoming very overwhelming on the Admin point of view to be organized with specific notes that I would need to be able to get to faster instead of scrolling through notes associated with projects and/or tickets that are not related to Admin etc. ...read more
