Hello everyone, I have the problem that I cannot restrict folders for the e-mail templates for individual teams. I can only restrict the individual emails. This means that the teams can see all folders, but not all emails. Maybe some of you have the same problem. It would be good if you could share folders with certain e-mail templates with certain teams and not with others. With the personalization features, playbooks would be an excellent way to generate detailed executive summaries, in-person meeting prep cards and more.    problem is there's no way to save/download them or print them out.    that would be a really amazing feature! ...read more

It would be great if we could Customizate HubSpot Search result views to bring up the properties we need and also what ´different user groups need. Example. Searching with mobile phonenumber, the result view shows the right contact, the name, e-mail, phone number (not mobile), Primary comppany and Jobtitle. But not the Mobile number what was search. Same if you search with contact name. I rather have the Mobilephone in the vie than the phone number property. If we could customize views we could add few other cotact or in this case also primery comppany related info which would help the users to see faster the information without going into contact card immediately. ...read more

There is no way to set up an automated message based on a ticket being created that pushes to the help desk system. Ideally, when a new ticket comes in for example on a Saturday or Sunday, the customer will receive an automated email from us. One of the main frustrations we've been facing with using Marketing events object in HubSpot is that we can't export data from this object. It's great that we can easily sort and filter the info, but it’s disappointing how tough it is to pull that data out of HubSpot for other uses.   It would also be really helpful if we could link contacts or companies to these events.    At the moment, the only option seems to be upgrading to Enterprise to build a custom object that handles all this. I'm part of a Sales team that would like to strat tracking deals in our pipeline that do not have an active task. This is important to us to ensure every rep is properly following up with prospects. Currently there is not an easy way to see this. So i wanted to create a report that showed all deals that do not have a task to be completed at a future date. I could use task is unknown, but this would show deals where no task has ever been created. It would be nice to have a filter on Deals to show that no next steps are being taken and there is not an expected date of communication by the rep. I would like the ability to create a shortcut to be placed in the top area of the new UI.   The new beta UI leaves a bit of empty space in the header and for me, who jump around to different departments/customers/tickets multiple times almost every minute, it would be grand if you were able to pin objects (ticket view/deals/dashboards) to the space right of the search bar for easy and fast access. Preferably you'd be able to pin a shortcut to a specific view, for example "My open tickets".   I work in customer support and I check older tickets, company information etc. all the time, and I work closely with our project coordinators and other teams in their own tickets.
