Salesforce allowed us to view calls to all contacts under an account or company under the company activity history. This is a big gap in hubspot and means we have to click into each contact to view activity history for people who represent an account. Our company deals with finance departments and we have multiple contacts per company, i.e. controller, AP person, clerks, etc, and it is ideal for us to have an overview of all activity to all contacts under a company's activity summary so we can see what kind of communication has been had with a company. we find this to be a big shortcoming for hubspot. there is additional information and screenshots of my request in my chat with nadia from 3/21/23 - ticket #12121526
