If you upload a file to File manager with the same name and same file type as an existing image (e.g. png), '-1' will be auto applied to the name, so you have two different names. This doesn't happen when the images/files are in different folders. If files are in different folders, they have different file URLs so in those cases, the '-1' is not added.   Example: A new image was given the same name as an older one, and uploaded to different folder in my library files. As a result, an image in my Knowledge Base was swapped for something different and no notification was given.   Can you change the functionality, so pictures are always given differentiating suffixes, even when they are in different folders? ... Hi, Our users frequently submit forms, and we take the necessary actions based on our requirements. Currently, all submitted forms are displayed on the Form Submission list screen, even after actions have been taken & that list is growing like anything. We only want to display forms where action is still pending. HubSpot currently offers the option to delete unwanted forms, but we prefer to keep them for auditing purposes. We request a feature to either archive forms as needed or introduce a "form status" field. This would allow us to assign statuses to submitted forms, helping us focus on those that still require action. While we know that creating tickets or deals can help track form statuses, this approach does not fully meet our needs for archiving or status distinction.   Please let me know if I'm missing something here and HS already has some feature to track such forms.
