Hello - i have been using the new HubSpot booking system that we love BUT i have received some common feedback.   I am noticing that many clients are NOT realising they can scroll down to see more appointment times. They think I am only available up until a certain time that is showing and don't realise they can scroll down further.   I think there needs to be a pop-up saying "Scroll down for more times" or make the scroll bar on the right MORE visible. Almost every client is having this issue & I need to tell them to scroll down. Need to make the scroll bar more visible (or even flash to direct them to scroll for more times) ... Exibir mais

First up, your integrated caller is excellent! One problem from all our salespeople that make calls:   In Spain (and many other European countries), two-party consent is not required to record a call. But since it's not America or Sweden or New Zealand, when using the Hubspot caller, our salespeople have to: Manually hit the record button for every call Dismiss the popup by stating that they have received two-party consent That's enough friction (it includes a downright lie!) to prevent many of them from legally recording calls that would be useful for training, tracking commitments or opportunities, or generating transcripts.   When using the Aircall integration in any country, or when using caller in e.g. Sweden, calls can be automatically recorded.   I appreciate that Hubspot is trying to help us comply with regulation, but if it states that it "doesn't know and can't enforce all international calling legal restrictions", then we need a way to turn off that behaviour if we've done our homework. We have tried to set up a workflow based on company and deal properties that copies over a piece of information from the company to deal upon deal creation. As it currently stands, we are unable to re-enroll the same company in this workflow multiple times, despite having multiple deals with the same company at one time. In order for us to do this, we must re-enroll the company manually (which defeats the entire purpose of having this automated).    Please allow deal-based properties to be included in workflow re-enrollment! When you have activities synced to Salesforce, it syncs every single time a prospect clicks on an email (we have seen upwards of 25 on the same email).  We should have the ability to limit it to just the first click, there is no real benefit to seeing multiple instances of clicking on the same email. ... Good Afternoon,    Using the Deals Tab and when creting new deals, I have noticed that when you add a second deal owner to the deal it does not pull through the that second deal owner.    It would be great if second deal owners could see the deal on their own dashboard as to be reminded of the deal on a daily basis.    Is this feature something you could look at? ... We miss the integration of the system mails sent by Zoom for webinars with login data etc. I would rather send them from HubSpot. ... Exibir mais
