First up, your integrated caller is excellent! One problem from all our salespeople that make calls: In Spain (and many other European countries), two-party consent is not required to record a call. But since it's not America or Sweden or New Zealand, when using the Hubspot caller, our salespeople have to: Manually hit the record button for every call Dismiss the popup by stating that they have received two-party consent That's enough friction (it includes a downright lie!) to prevent many of them from legally recording calls that would be useful for training, tracking commitments or opportunities, or generating transcripts. When using the Aircall integration in any country, or when using caller in e.g. Sweden, calls can be automatically recorded. I appreciate that Hubspot is trying to help us comply with regulation, but if it states that it "doesn't know and can't enforce all international calling legal restrictions", then we need a way to turn off that behaviour if we've done our homework. Alternatively, my current issue would go away if Spain was added to the allowlist alongside Sweden.
