Hi there, I am unable to create ads or social tasks on the marketing calendar - see screenshot for my options. It would be great to include social posts & ads in the lists of tasks in the dropdown options and have them link to the calendar like the marketing emails do (when they are scheduled). Thanks! Regarding the Salesforce CRM Activity Sync integration: In its current state, SF activities created by Hubspot are automatically assigned to the Contact owner (who is typically a sales user). When a "Marketing Email" activity is sent there is no way to distinguish the different teams (by the individual) that sent an email communication to that Contact. Thus, Sales team activities become inflated and Marketing teams do not get credit for touches. Would be great if the activity that is logged is assigned to whomever actually sent the email.

Hubspot need to encourage more event platforms to create API integrations because at the moment it is only Eventbrite (which is seriously limited) and GoToWebinar. Now that most event businesses and a huge number of large and small companies are running everything from AGM's to investor briefings to expos and conferences on virtual platforms, this would benefit a wide range of businesses.

When the live chat opens, in the first screen we show a welcome message. In the second step we want to show a small form integrated in the livechat window, to capture the company name and e-mail address. In the third screen we can start the conversation.

We offer support package products on a renewals basis and when its time for our clients to renew their support, we email them a quote and reminder - But currently the customisation options for Sales email's are not satisfactory - they offer very limited options to create a professional looking email to send out to our clients. We are subscribed to both Sales and Marketing on Hubspot, Marketing offers you the functionality to create a proffessional email template and it would be nice to have the same level of customisation for Sales also. As we are already subscribed to Marketing, you should be able to use this for Sales also - can you make this possible? At the moment we are neglecting to email out of Hubspot and choosing instead to go from Outlook instead which is still not ideal for presentation but also removes the level of autonomy we had hoped for with an established Hubspot workflow. Any plans to address this soon as its a very important feature for us?

Would be great to have an 'Add To List' button inside an individual company profile rather than having to go out to the company tab.

It would be nice if all the meetings created (within contacts) could be viewed in HubSpot in a calendar overview. The following information should also be displayed there: - Subject (meeting topic) - Responsible employee - contact name - linked company A click on the subject then leads you to the meeting within the contact. Thanks!

Can there be a feature to automatically fix misspelled email domains from contacts e.g. turning janedoe@gmal.com to janedoe@gmail.com if it obviously is that? I've tried via workflows but it can only let me pull contact records with misspelled email addresses but not clear or edit these contact records.

Hubspot today will automatically create a new contact for a customer who submits a form if the email is not present on another contact record. I would like the ability for hubspot to allow for admins to add criteria to check if other specified fields (defined in criteria) match what a customer input into the form to help expand matching criteria and reduce duplication of contacts. Ie. Customer Olivia Daniels exists in Hubspot with email oliviadaniels@gmail.com. Olivia Daniels contact related to oliviadaniels@gmail.com has 2 properties phone number = 3165555555 and role = Office admin. Say customer Olivia Daniels then fills out a new form with email oliviadaniels123@gmail.com, but also then populates phone number and role to equal the values that matches her contact in hubspot. Hubspot should be able to check the other values/criteria defined and since they match what she filled out in the form then add her new email oliviadaniels123@gmail.com to then be added to contact oliviadaniels@gmail.com
