Unfortunately, you cannot paste pictures and videos with the description of a ticket. This, however, is very important to allow a stepwhise description of issues. A big plus would be if these files would be passed along to a Jira ticket when creating from the hubspot ticket. Example: We are discussing issues within the support team and will then create tickets within hubspot to keep track of the communication. On tickets, there is a field for first agent email response date. We need one for last agent email response date too.    The reason why we need this is that agents need a way to figure out who they need to get back to. Last activity and last contacted date doesn't cut it because those fields update when there is a note or other logging.   ... Afficher plus

Bulk changing a contacts associated company could easily be implemented by adding that property to the list available in the Contacts list view. That way we could go into an old account, select all the contacts in a Filtered View, click edit property and select "Associated Company"   I'm not sure why this isn't currently available! ... I would be so practical to have a contact page automatically created once we enter a new deal. It's a bit annoying and time consuming (so quite useless) that we need to manually create a contact page once we entered a deal. Would be great to have the ability to populate properties with information from a meeting that was scheduled without the Hubspot meeting link, but was "pulled" as an activity to the contact's profile. As for today, you can only see the meeting in the activity log and can't access the meeting's data. ... Afficher plus
