Hello dear HubSpot team, a "cross-inbox view" of all email addresses stored in the inboxes would be very helpful.   Without this feature, it is very tedious to look in which inbox which email addresses are used.   It goes without saying: in the cross-inbox view, the email addresses are sorted alphabetically. Hi HubSpot Team, A few month ago I had been working on HubSpot Report so well. I and my team noticed the HubSpot's Sankey report so the report is so amazing for Marketing manager and many. I and my team think that it would be better if our team could know which traffic source had been generated contact the most in this month or whatever and plus know which digital feature was the most influence feature to convert contacts into customers as well. All I mentioned that need to show as Sankey report and my idea is like Full Customer journey report.   The feature is for Marketing Manager or whoever needs to understand which traffic is effective at the time. The goal is to know which path source is the most or least influencer for improving the source and digital feature. It would be great we could: Give a list's filter groups custom names Have a list's results show which filter group(s) a record matched in order to appear in the list.   Use case A sales team leader wanted to find out which contacts were associated to a lost online deal (abandoned basket), then see which contacts were also associated to a won direct deal later on. Group 1: Contact associated to a deal in closed lost OR Group 2: Contact associated to a deal in closed lost AND Contact associated to a deal in closed won This produces a set of results, but the sales team leader can't define if the contact appeared because they met group 1's filters or group 2's filters. Why You can absolutely just create 2 separate lists, but this becomes problematic if the user wants to export there data - They have to do it twice and then compare/stitch the data together as needed (extra steps, extra clicks). You can also create a set of properties to track this, but this requires admin access and can impact the CRM's health negatively (properties flying everywhere!) ... Mostrar más

There is a design oversight that we have found very frustrating in HubSpot. When using the Deals screen, if the card style is set to "Default", it will show multiple Deal Tags on each Deal card as long as they fit. However, if the card style is set to "Compact", only the first Deal Tag shows up and then it shows the "+1 more" link to the right instead. This truly doesn't make any sense, as the "+1 more" link takes up more space than displaying additional Deal Tags would. The HubSpot Knowledge base only says this: To update the style of board cards, select an option, either Default or Compact. The Default style shows the property names and their values, while the Compact style only shows the property values." It says nothing about reducing the number of Deal Tags. I would fully understand if the additional Deal Tags would not fit, but in a situation where it doesn't take more space, just because we're using  compact style shouldn't reduce our visibility of Deal Tags. This is a problem for our team as we need to see certain data at a glance (which Deal Tags does well), but we use compact style to take up less space and to also avoid a lot of distracting redundant text. (Attached below are screenshots of our deal pipeline with Default vs Compact styles turned on). We've set up lead qualification criteria for the lead pipeline stages. When adding new lead properties to the set of criteria, the new property cannot be moved onto another position. I think it should be working similar to the deal stage criteria but it doesn't. Seems to be a bug in the Beta version, hopefully this can be addressed. If I want to change the order of the criteria I have to remove all of them and add them in the order I want again. ... Mostrar más
