It would be super helpful to be able to either have properties that are defaulted in and automatically track each date a deal was moved into each stage so that this information can be viewed for multiple deals at once and/or mass modified! For example, I'm looking to change the Close dates for all of our deals to the date they were moved into our stage "commitment to sign" rather than when they were moved into the stage "closed won" . This would be doable with an export and a re-import, if these dates were stored somewhere in properties or something. Hi everyone,   I noticed in my recent email campaigns on Hubspot that some contacts were marked as "Delivered" and classified as such in the "Recipients" section of the email campaign. However, I saw that they actually Soft Bounced due to the error 554.   I think it would be better to directly classify these contacts in the "bounced" section, with the mention "Soft Bounced" so marketing teams can have a look at the actual performance of marketing email campaigns and make more accurate reports.   Thank you,   Elodie ...read more

In the Marketing Email page you can create 3 types of emails:   Regular - To be sent right away to a segment or list Automated - To be used in Workflows Blog / RSS You should be able to create Follow Up emails from scratch like any of the above, which you can't. You can clone an existing follow up email from the list, but not create one. As of now, if you want to create a follow up email from scracth you have to go to a Landing Page and create one in the "Follow Up" section. ...read more

May Hubspot provide an option to use pseudo classes in the custom CSS such as :hover and :before? Hover effects can be an essential part of consistent UX and branding, and the same goes for special characters that appear on buttons such as icons based on a different font and other visual effects based on :before and :after. May we have the ability to save button styles as a named option? If we create a few custom buttons and ask people to clone them, that’s not nearly as convenient for staff as using named styles. Plus the button previews are small and no so easy to distinguish from each other, so it’s not easy for people to click on existing custom buttons to clone. I think it would be beneficial to allow developers to add some styling to the embedded meetings module. I created a sort of modal that pops up over the entire page with an overlay behind it, and I want to add an x-out button in the top right-hand corner, but it's impossible to position aboslutely to the meetings modal itsself because I don't have access to it (here I'm referring to the square part of the module that actually contains the information, not the surrounding container that takes up the whole width of the page.) ...read more

We've run into situations a few times now with clients where a CTA they have is no longer applicable. Most recently, a client had to remove an offer they have on their website, which had an accompaying CTA on 35 different blog posts. HubSpot said I would have to manually replace the CTA on all of those blog posts, or I suppose I could update the actual CTA to point to something different, but it would be nice to keep the old CTA for reporting/analytics purposes.   Instead, it would be incredibly helpful if there was an option to bulk replace the CTA that lives on those 35 blog posts with an already existing CTA.  ...read more
