I have two different internal ticket pipelines, and I need for each of them to have different properties to be filled. So, in "Pipeline 1" (which is for my CS team to communicate with Ops/Tech) I have 5 custom fields in the ticket creation form, which is exactly what we need to have. However, I now have "Pipeline 2" which is for CS to communicate with another department, and I just need to have 2 of those 5 fields in it, as the other 3 are Ops/Tech specific and would make no sense in this new internal pipeline, but I have no way to have different ticket creation forms for different pipelines. This means, if I deactivate a field, it's deactivated for all pipelines. I've reached to HubSpot support, and although they were as helpful as always, they unfortunately have no way to set this up of find a workaround. This seems to be a rather "simple" issue and they reccomended that I publish this here to see if i gets upvoted and maybe squeeze this into their roadmap at some point.
