Hi there,   I raised  thsi to Megan and she advised that I mention this here as well. In outlook, when I want to reply to a sent email or forward it to someone, I cannot click on the window ‘pop out’ tab because the banner ‘opened on the XX date’ covers it. I have to open the email first and then click on reply or forward, however doing this is time consuming. I know this is so by design, however, I need to say that I don't need the tracker tehre, I can check in HS if the customer has opened an email. Thank you.     ... Mehr anzeigen

I have had multiple clients recently that do all their sales forecasting on a per customer basis for their top targeted accounts, instead of per sales rep. It seems that for these folks the forecasting tool is essentially useless because it only allows you to submit a forecast per sales rep.    We could create custom company properties to store the sales forecast numbers but it's not a very scalable solution for long term because they would need a custom property for each month of each year.      ... It happens when importing from multiple data bases or someone entered the same person or company and now you have two entries.   On your merging right at the moment, stuff disappears.   What should happen as it will display 1 column and you select which stuff you want and don't want.  Example John Smith   Record #  Information [ ] 15586      Name - John Smith [x] 16688       Name - John Q. Smith [x] 15586       123 Main Street, Racine, WI  [  ] 16688      Main Street, Racine, WI .... It will show all the other fields and records within the two records.  You click on each record you want to keep and the rest is deleted.   PS, when you enter the address within Hubspot if the zip code is missing, auto-fill the zip code.   ... Before the update on November 26, 2024, it was possible to design a workflow to send a Slack notification to any of the owners assigned to a contact, but the new update has removed that option and now it's only possible to send it to either a pre-selected user, a Slack channel, or the contact owner, or everyone assigned to a contact. (pic 1)   In our case, a contact can be assigned to a few different reps; one setter, one closer, one contact owner, one account manager and one trainer. A certain notification might only be useful to one assignee and mean nothing or be annoying to another assignee. (pic 2)    The alternative option which still provides the possibility of sending a notification to a desired user is to use HubSpot's In-App Nonification. (pic 3) This is not the best option because it can be easily missed by reps and it has its own limitations like a 255 character limit and not having the option to add a link. The best option in my case is Slack.   I'd like to have that option back to enable me to have a workflow send Slack notifications to a specific user assigned to a contact.
