It would be very helpful if we could create a contact from a company record. The idea would be to go to the company page and click a button that says something along the lines of "create a new contact for this company" where it would pre-fill certain properties in the contact record such as TLA, address, city, state, and zip.

It would be great to visualize at a glance the number of untreated emails per mailbox so you can know quicklier which mailbox you need to empty in priority, rather than clicking on each mailbox to find out the number of emails to answer (watch GIF below) Example below with the mailbox Yahoo :

Similar to how sequences are currently would be great to be able to attach a template to pop up in the queue automatically for non-sequenced email tasks.

Improve the outlook integration so they can select from outlook the deal that the email needs to be associated with. Right now if they send an email, log the email, and track the email.. but that email has multiple deals associated with it, that one email that is associated with only one deal, is linked to all of those multiple deals and they have to go in an unlink all of those deals.

Hi At present when doing a bulk edit in a list you can only change one property at a time...you are unable to see the property value changed and have to return each time to change each field to the dialogue box "select a property to edit".....It wont stay open to edit all the fields you require with visibility. Surely...as you edit each property in the bulk edit list...this should stay open for visibility to see what you have edited. Hope this makes sense Thanks

Currently the Outlook 365 add-in will only associate a newly created task with a contact record. However, it would be very helpful if a newly created task could be associated with the contact's company as well!

In order to better capture a clients engagment it would be useful to be able to have more options available in the Filter Type - Marketing emails. I am proposing to add an "any" marketing email (with the same options once selected) and the ability to "select multiple" marketing emails. Currently you can select a "single" marketing email. That makes triggers more complex and difficult in workflows/lists then they need to be especially if there are lots of marketing emails.
