There was a change made to the menu option for editing a page when you're on the webpage and click on the Hubspot sprocket - the top choice now is to edit the template, as opposed to the actual page, which is insanity. If you're on the page you want to make an edit to the page. Although it only requires me to close the template tab that opens up, in just 8 hrs I've had to close that out 10 times. No one should ever need to edit the template more often than they want to edit the content of the page, every single day, making a top-level menu change necessary.   Please move it down and put the Edit Page option back at the top!   ... There are some Hubspot modules with great functionality that would be even better with some formatting options - for instance, the blog comments module is a useful feature, and I understand why we cannot edit the source code. But even having the option to have the comments form first, blog comments below, would be great. Same with other modules like a search bar/button (can't currently change where the button goes), etc. Something that allows us to change format even though we can't edit the code. ... Exibir mais

We have several workflows which say assign to "User X" or send a notification to "User Y" - it would be really awesome if there was somewhere within the workflow or user section in settings which tells me what workflows the user is specifically named in (the same way properties are).   This is particularly important when we remove users, as it could potentially caused issues and break workflows, especially if we've just happened to miss one. Hello hubspot community, if you also use the GoToWebinar integration, the following topic might be interesting for you. After a webcast, you can link the recording to the webcast in GoToWebinar. If someone calls the GoToWebinar login link of the webcast after the webcast has ended, they will be forwarded directly to the video. This information is then also transmitted to Hubspot. It would therefore be very good if the link between the Hubspot form and the corresponding GoToWebinar registration link would remain even after the webcast has ended. Currently the link is lost after the webcast has ended. (I imagine that at the beginning of 2019 the following scenario worked: Creation of a landing page, integration of a form including direct link to the respective webcast from GoToWebinar. After the webcast expired, the webcast was still available for selection and was still linked to the form, so that visitors of the LP who filled out the form after the webcast expired were automatically taken to the recording. ) Following a webcast, participants and non-participants will receive a follow-up email from GoToWebinar. The average response time in the conversation inbox takes into account the total conversation time, including time outside the time window. For example, if my chat hours are from 9am to 9pm, conversations that come in outside those hours should count from 9am the next day.   ... Exibir mais

There is a new feature in HubSpot called Inbox Automation. One part of it is: "Automatically capture contact details to update your records, ..." This is a very much needed feature which makes dealing with contacts much easier and faster. Unfortunately there is a note regarding this: "currently, HubSpot's AI can only scan emails that are composed in English, Spanish, and French." Why? Numbers are mostly language independent. It would be great if HubSpot team would find a solution to identify the numbers (phone, mobile, fax) in the e-mails, and would make at least the phone number identification (and AI suggestion) language independent. The investment / benefit ratio is probably greater, than adding a language, since it would be a benefit for all users. I think adding phone number automatically is the most needed part (after name and email, which are already solved) of this AI option. ... Exibir mais
