I understand that specifying user access to dashboards is an Enterprise feature, but I would like to suggest being able to transfer dashboard ownership. As a HubSpot Solutions Partner, I'd like to be able to build out a dashboard for my client and then transfer the ownership to his Sales Manager so only they can see it.

Hi there, The Stripe Data sync integration only allows to map the primary email. But as soon as a user changes their email, with the integration in Hubspot, it changes in Hubspot (what we want), but it doesn't keep the old email. To prevent this in Stripe, we created another attribute (we called it "Description", so it keeps the old email). It would be great to map this, in the "additional email", or be able to add emails to the "additional emails" in Hubspot with a workflow. Having this would be really interesting because we would be able to look at old email (in case there is a problem with a user).

I enjoy using Hubspot for the analytics, tracking capabilities and relative ease of use. One area of opportunity is allowing other email providers, besides Gmail and Outlook, to sync with Hubspot to allow emails being sent from companies, like Zoho email, to be tracked without the need of emailing directly through Hubspot. There are a number of up-and-coming email providers that are now in use, like Zoho, and Hubspot needs to look at how to accomodate users of those services. Streamlining the process seems to be a goal of Hubspot but I am unable to use Hubspot's tracking features unless I email a contact through Hubspot's CRM. I am hoping Hubspot can come up with a solution for this soon,as I am sure that I am not alone hoping for an answer!

I would like to ensure that for each negotiation with an amount xxxxxxx (which perhaps covers the date e.g. 12/06/2022 to 14/10/2026) I could see the relevant revenue for each year (in this case 2022 , 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026). How can I do it? Actually I am looking to a general formula that could calculate the yearly competence starting by the 3 properties (Start of contract, End of contract, Amount) . I don't want to calculate them manually for each deal. E.g.if I have a 100,000 euro contract that starts in June 2022 and ends in December 2024, I will have 20,000 euros for 2022, 40,000 for 2023 and 40,000 for 2024. After having set the amount properties, I start the competence and end the competence , I want this for every year the contract lasts E.g.

If there are several conversations in a ticket, there is currently no way to make any of said conversations the primary conversation, with Hubspot always defaulting to the original as primary. Being able to pin a particular conversation so that is the default going forward would be a really helpful feature, and has been raised by several teams within our company.

Currently, we have to manually assign tax rates to products for each individual quote. It would be optimal to have the option to permanently associate a specific tax rate with a product, as these rates (in our case) do not change. This feature would save us a significant amount of work.

Description: Currently, when creating emails with multiple smart modules (e.g., for personalizing content for different target groups), users have to switch each smart module individually in edit mode to see how it looks for a specific segment. This process is time-consuming, especially when working on complex emails with many smart modules. Proposed Solution: Introduce a feature that allows users to switch the entire email to a specific personalization view while in edit mode. This would enable users to easily see all content as it appears for a selected smart rule or audience segment without clicking on each module individually. Example Use Case: If I create three versions of an email personalized for chefs with different cooking styles (e.g., modern, classic, traditional), I currently need to click each smart module and manually change the rule to view the version. With the proposed feature, I could select "Classic Cooking Style" in a dropdown (or similar) and see the entire email adjusted accordingly within the editor. Impact: Saves significant time during email creation and editing. Improves workflow efficiency for users handling complex smart content. Enhances user experience by making personalization management more seamless.

Hello HubSpot Team! 😊 First of all, thank you for the amazing tools you provide—they’re a huge help in keeping our workflows smooth! 🙌 I’d like to suggest a small adjustment that could make a big difference in agents' privacy and security. Currently, when agents respond to tickets, their full names are visible to customers. On the other hand, in the chat feature, only the first name is displayed, which feels much more privacy-friendly. We have a large team, and many agents share the same first name. When creating internal notes and tagging team members, not having the full name creates confusion and makes it harder to ensure we’re tagging the right person to check a note. This often leads to delays in resolving tickets or addressing customer needs. Could we strike a balance where: 1. Only the first name is visible to customers (for privacy and security). 2. The full name is accessible to team members internally for better collaboration and accuracy. Hiding the full name in tickets (similar to how it works in chats) would help: 1. Protect the privacy and security of our team members. 2. Ensure consistency across the platform for how agent names are displayed. 3. Reduce any potential risks or concerns related to sharing personal details unnecessarily.
