I'm trying to block my own IP from triggering false email read receipts. Because IPV6 is dynamic and changes frequently, support has told me that the only way to keep my IP filtered is to update it within Hubspot every time it changes.    Since the first half of the IPV6 string remains constant, I would love the ability to filter on any IP that "starts with" a specific string.   Can this be made possible? ... Appreciate the recent added filters in the manage duplicates pages. I would add: is the linkedin url identical, different, or one or both is missing.   This would enable quick merges when "the linkedin url is identical", quick reject when "the linkedin url is different", and only spend time on "one or both is missing".   This applies to both contacts and companies, and super helpful as people add domains to their corporate domain  (add a .ai in addition to .com) ... Currently, there is no way to add a the customer REPLY to a Ticket notification. A troubleshooting process may go on for 10 or more emails in an exchange.   HubSpot only allows the original "ticket description" as a property. I worked with Support and found that I could add the email body of OUR reply, but not the responses from the customers.   This makes the notifications to email or Slack to be more confusing than useful. It's just the same notification over and over without any useful information. Also, inside a ticket itself, more than one or two emails becomes almost unreadable. That REALLY needs to be cleaned up... same thing: I need to know what the CUSTOMER said JUST NOW, not what they said when they created the ticket (repeatedly). It's pretty terrible. ... Mostrar más

We use the quote feature to issue contracts to our clients.  Presently, if we issue a contract, it gets signed, and the deposit is paid, HubSpot will automatically produce a series of invoices based off the payment schedule included in the quote. Magic? Yes! But it could be more magic... Currently there is no way for HubSpot to generate these automatically created invoices into the 'integrated invoices' section of a deal. It will only create drafts in the 'invoices' section. The problem with this is that the automation does not communicate with accounting software (which provides our company details, correct invoice number, oh, and it also correctly attributes line items to our accounts!). So this is a petition for the dev team at HubSpot to make quotes and automated invoice generation even more magic by allowing quote payment schedules to automatically generate integrated invoices as opposed to regular ones. ... Form are the best source of consent. If a portal has 100 form, it could be essential to know which subscription types these forms enables at glance. I recommend adding a column in the Form section to see and filter which subscriptions are in use ... Mostrar más

Hi, This is to improve the "Task Cues" management. Over time I have created cues for different set of tasks. Of these, the views. However, over time the automation creating certain tasks might have been discarded and so the cues might now be empty. There is no way to see that, hence management of the cues is really hard. One has to create a view, go see the view..if empty, go back and delete view and cue...  Could we have more columns in this page listing : number of tasks i nthe cue?
