As a consultant, sales representative I should be able to reschedule a meeting for a lead, user, client.   Currently, I can schedule a meeting for my user or my user can schedule himself with me in my public calendar. If we are having a conversation, for example in WhatsApp or email, and a rescheduling is necessary I should be able to reschedule for him/her, instead of sending a new link or the rescheduling link. I would love to be able to associate a workflow to a task (generated by the workflow itself) in the same way contacts, companies and deals can be to more easily identify the source for any potential issues.   Context: I have A LOT of EXTENSIVE workflows running for different parts of our business and they all generate tasks for our team. Sometimes we have duplicated tasks that pop up in the system from similar workflows (e.g. company vs contact sourced criteria), and I spend more time than I should trying to find where they've originated from and which is the correct version.   It would be infinitely helpful if there were an option to associate a workflow with a task in the same way that companies, contacts and deals are when they are created within the workflow so that they appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the task in the record. I'm already doing this manually within the task notes using hyperlinks, but sometimes this gets missed and I'm back to square one wading through my ocean of workflows.    I'm already aware that the list of enrolled workflows for a contact is already available in the right-side panel, but I can have contacts and companies enrolled in multiple workflows at once and it still takes more time than I have to work through these to find the issues.  ... I'm looking for the functionality to be able to edit the fields in the hover window that pops when I am associating a company to a deal. Right now you can see Company Name, Domain, and Phone Number. I'd like to be able to pick what can be seen.   For my use case, we work with K12 districts and schools. There are similar names and sometimes even the same name. It would be great to have more control over cloning Line Items via workflows. For example, if you create a renewal deal from one deal via workflow, it would be great to be able clone same line items over. ... Mehr anzeigen

We have workflows in place to send auto emails to those who complete form submissions and to the internal sales team to notify of form submissions. These are narrowed by custom fields such as interest area. For example-a prospect interested in real estate with a form submission will trigger a specific auto email and the forward to the appropriate sales person. We have re-enrollment set since prospects complete multiple forms with different interest areas. We only want the workflow to be triggered by the form submission but because the interest area is also a filter if that field is changed in the contact record then it re-triggers the workflow because the form was submitted previously. It would be great if one parameter could be defined as the primary trigger with the other filters refining but not determine if the workflow is triggered.  ... Mehr anzeigen
