I keep my contacts in Google Sheets. I filter each section by next reach out, last connection, name, and then have a notes section to keep me updated with their status. Workflows should be able to pull the same results as deal owner sales for the month, year, etc... to be able to assign lead statuses and other similar features within the common workflow charts, as some sales reps are at different levels and have higher and lower performing accounts to take into account before assigning a status. ...read more

Hey Team,   I am an SDR/Sales Rep/Marketing member at a start up so I have a lot of task as you can imagine.  I was hoping you guys could add a feature on the calling task to sort by company. When I add contacts to sequences it randomizes how they're uploaded and makes the calling sequence difficult because I have to stop what I'm doing to pull up different company sites, linkedins, etc. Or I have to scan the list and look at the tiny image to the company it's associated with because names aren't even listed. I'm sure I am not the only person facing this issue and when you have 60+ companies with 5-10 contacts per account in a sequence it's very time consuming. Hi,    Is there a way to filter contacts via their time zone?  I call across the states BUT start at 9AM EST and land up calling someone on the west coast at their time 6AM! Not ideal.  With a filter I can organise this better.  ...read more

Hello community,   It is possible to schedule the publication of almost anything in HubSpot but not advanced menus. When you schedule the release of an important web page you often want the main menu of your website to be updated along. It is unfortunately not possible to do it automatically on a set date today because you cannot schedule the publication of changes to an Advanced Menu.
