Hi, we're using HS Workflow statistics in our reporting and it would be really helpful if you added `contacts completed count` and `contacts succeeded count` to the result of `Get workflows` endpoint (GET /automation/v3/workflows).   The way it is designed now, we have to call HS API once for each workflow in order to get basic statistics such as: - number of contacts enrolled - number of contacts completed - number of contacts succeeded. I've recently been trying to find ways to build custom reports and attach those custom reports to Dashboards based on a user roles. IE Sales Managers see the same reports across the entire organization.   While trying to run a cross object report I noticed that when trying to build a noneditable report, I was unable to utilize a team filter of "my team" - it requires the report to be built specifically to a selected team verse a dynamic view of the team based on the user looking at the report.   It would be very nice to have the ability to have dynamic reporting based on logged in user to see prebuilt reports SPECIFIC to their team. I would like to suggest that you add the option of setting the default to what tasks come up first.   As of now it automatically shows you the oldest first.   it would be nice if there is a setting to change the default. ... Exibir mais

Chat support is great, so great that the reps are often all taken 🙂 and the support channel is grayed out. It's tough not knowing whether I could check back in 5 minutes or whether it's best to use another support option.    With that in mind, might I suggest a chat queue. Knowing where I am in line and how long it might take to get to me would be awesome.   Staking a claim to a place in line or at least getting some visibility into the chances of me being able to connecto chat would be great.   Perhaps there's other ways of improving the experience, so hey, whatever works.  ... It would be really good to have a button or something where you can flag up the main contact person. Especially if you have more than 2 contacts attached to a company ... Exibir mais

I have found making custom modules really tough, so to be able to save a group as a module from with a template would be really very helpful! For example this "manage preferences" group, you could right click and there would be an option to "Save as a module". It would save with basic editing capabilities (text would be editable and images changeable...) and if you wanted to add more fields you could go in and edit the module or something. ... Exibir mais

In my previous ESP we were able to easily toggle between switching images for desktop/mobile to allow for more mobile friendly images - switching from a lanscape in desktop to portrait for mobile for example. I'd have thought this would have been available already in the simple drag and drop template builder but I can't see it if it is! ... Exibir mais
