When I reply to an email via Hubspot, I cannot scroll down to previous emails and edit it. Almost 80% of the time, we are responding to emails with a list of questions or comments. Rather than retyping the questions, or referencing to the previously asked questions. If you create a deal from a workflow and copy properties to properties that are required for that stage, they will override anything that you copy in the same action.   This means that if you want to copy eg.    Amount Country Industry   From Deal A to new Deal B, and they are all required for the deal stage you want to create Deal B in, you will have to set up default set values for the required property fields, which will override the copied data. ... I got very excited to see the default persona property of hubspot where you can have bunch of details added to every drop down option.  I thought that I can create a custom property similar to this or I can clone this persona property and use it to accomplish my use case but seems like hubspot does not let you to do that yet.   Is that something easy to add where we can create such custom properties? ...
