Currently the sequence email allowance per user is per day, depending on tier. In some situations it can lead to that one day the sales person is over his limit and thus cannot send anymore. But the very next day he is under his limit.   To avoid not being able to send on a specific day, change the allowance to last 30 days (or at least last 7 days), so that as long as his #emails on average for the last 30 (or 7) days is below his allowance, then he can send.  ...read more

I need to automate the creation of new Notes from third-party tools.   For example, when I get some interesting information from a prospect on our Community Slack channel that is relevant to a Deal, I'd like to be able to automatically send the content as a Note to Hubspot associated with the Deal. When I reply to an email via Hubspot, I cannot scroll down to previous emails and edit it. Almost 80% of the time, we are responding to emails with a list of questions or comments. Rather than retyping the questions, or referencing to the previously asked questions. If you create a deal from a workflow and copy properties to properties that are required for that stage, they will override anything that you copy in the same action.   This means that if you want to copy eg.    Amount Country Industry   From Deal A to new Deal B, and they are all required for the deal stage you want to create Deal B in, you will have to set up default set values for the required property fields, which will override the copied data. ...read more
