Great minds think alike

Our stores compete with each other so I have permissions set to "Owned Only" so the stores that are close to each other don't try to steal each other's customers. But along with that competition comes the necessity of seeing leaderboards.  I created a dashboard that shows an "Activity Leaderboard" - showing how actively each store is using Hubspot and logging notes, calls, tasks, emails, etc.  When I view it as Super Admin, I see a nice leaderboard ranking the stores by their activity level. But when I share that dashboard with the stores, they only see their activity. Data like this should be able to be visible by anyone on the team as the information is generic. The dashboard should just show the activity itself (25 Notes, 15 Emails, 32 Calls, etc) but not link to actual customer data. This would be extremely useful for our team!   Thank you! ...read more

Currently, HubSpot has the ability to track unique chat (conversation) sessions. However, they do not have the same functionality for emails. Instead, we can track the number of replies or sends which doesn't help when you are trying to see the number of sessions directly in HubSpot. This update https://www.hubspot.com/product-updates/a-new-look-for-index-pages-in-the-crm has meant that you can no longer switch between table and board view when using filters - it now refreshes the filters, or when using a 'saved view', resets the filters being used to the original saved filters. This used to be quite time saving as I could glance at a table view when needed (its clearer when needing to look at what headings deals are under and quicker than adding more filters) however now its no longer time saving as I have to re enter my filters each time I need to switch views.  ...read more

For unknown reasons some of our emails to our clients bounce. When this happens we struggle to communicate with them.   If would be helpful if I could pull a report or create a workflow based on that trigger. Thatw way we can see and verify the "bounced" status so can correct immediately if it was an anomaly.    ...read more
